Fuddruckers

What happened to this location? Walked in to a hot mess of a restaurant and it wasn't even dinner time but too late for a lunch rush so they could have cleaned.We ordered our food and headed over to get our drinks. The soda machine was just plain gross, salad bar...gross, condiment station all sticky with old stuff. Normally we love Fuddruckers but even the food was off. The oil was burnt so my onion rings and my husband's tater tots tasted old unfortunately and our burgers were cooked wrong. Staff seems not interested in cleaning in a sanitary way. I witnessed a male employee wipe the tables down with the same towel that he used on the seats.. butt to table rag basically lol. The tables had a funky smell as well as sticky. Im assuming it's from the wet rag they are wiped down with. This visit was not pleasant at all. Not sure I would return to this particular location and might just drive a little farther to theirs 290 one.

The Boy and I went to lunch at Copperfield Fuddrucker's last Friday. As usual, it was clean, well lite, and a smiling face greeted us walking in. We decided to split a 1/2lb burger combo. We added American cheese, bacon, a fried egg for the Boy, a side of mushrooms, grilled onions, fresh fixings for myself. Hot cheese/jalapeño cheese, as well as all the regular favorite condiments. Burger was juicy, cheese melted, bacon crispy, veggies crunchy/fresh. You really can't go wrong. Always a family favorite! And the Boy's go-to when asked!

I got their 1/3 pound burger medium well with cheddar cheese & fries. I do like that they have a toppings & condiment bar with all the burger toppings & condiments including cheese sauce. The cheese sauce didn't taste good to me but they have their own sauce which is pretty good. I wanted to try the waffle fries but they were out so I got sweet potato fries. For me I prefer to get burgers elsewhere but I'll dine here when others want to go. The taste doesn't do anything for me, could be the seasoning or lack thereof. It's not much of service after you pay at the register. They'll call your name over the speaker. They have plenty of tvs & a game room. Pretty large for big groups.

The Good (this will be short) - Cleanliness and promptness of taking our orderThe Bad - Bickering, arguing staff. Lady in front arguing with the WAY OVERLOADED single line cook. Imagine hearing- "I refilled the fries for you" shouted repeatedly over the background din.27 minutes for order to make it to pickup station.Shake? If you don't remind them, you'll never, ever get it.Fudd's "normal" wedge fries? Nowhere to be seen. Was honestly looking forward to those!2/3 Pound burger? Hmm. First one I've ever had with 2 patties.Choose your own soda machine? Down to about 15% of normal options. Zero sugar free options available among those. It also ran out of ice about 20 minutes into the food wait.Looks like a combination of understanding and subsequent lack of caring staff.

Used to be a favorite but they are using a different hamburger and it does not taste good Even my husband refuses to go back there

Food quality has gone WAYYYY down. Very disappointing. Even the quality of meat has changed. They are cutting corners. I've eaten here since I was a kid. I understand fines are changing, but no. Just no. Fries were cold and not fresh. The staff was ok. Family friendly. But honestly go somewhere else, for the money, it's not worth it.

I would give them no stars if I could. The food was awful. We have always gone to Fuddruckers for the meat but I'm pretty sure there was little meat in our burgers. The buns crumbled and fell apart nThere were 5 of us and we all left 2/3 of our food. Each bite was worse than the first. We couldn't even eat the cold fries. I tried to dip one in the jalapeño cheese thinking it would help but the cheese didn't even taste like cheese, maybe watered down. The entire restaurant was shabby and not cared for. There were no napkins on most of the tables. We had to search for enough for our family. I told the lady at the counter that our food was bad and we couldn't eat it. She just looked at me like she didn't understand. We live nearby and have gone to this location for years. The last time the food was bad and I chalked it up to a bad night but this was even worse!

This place has really fallen to the wayside. I looked it up to make sure this location isn't "temporarily closed" & was happy to see it's still open. We made our way over at lunchtime on Saturday, November 26. The outside looks abandoned; the grass is overgrown and unkempt, there's trash in the bushes. We were actually surprised to see the neon "open" sign. My boyfriend tried talking me out of it, but I was determined.We go in and actually have to wait in a line to order (good sign). I ordered a hamburger kids meal and he ordered a bourbon bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. We were surprised when we were informed (after ordering) that the soda machine wasn't working and were offered cold(ish) canned drinks. How disappointing! I love fountain drinks. He chose iced tea (there were no lemons around anywhere) and I had the ice available with a canned Diet Coke.We chose a table and waited an average amount of time for our food. I was irritated they no longer had the shakers full of their amazing seasoning and had to ask for some in a plastic cup. They no longer have the paper cups for condiments and I had to search for the ones available for takeout. Food was actually pretty much as I remembered and better than I was expecting. I'm giving it two stars because of the condition of the restaurant and the lack of cold drinks available. Would I return? Probably, but I don't think they're going to be in business in a month. It's that run down! Sadly, it's not comparable to the Fudruckers I remember. The prices are still the same, but the ambiance has drastically declined.

This is one of the few Fuddruckers left in town. The staff was amazing for letting us use the game room for our birthday party at no charge. We have always like all the cute decorations in the place. See the round table with the records above.Let me address the food. The buns were fresh and good. Some in my party felt the buns were underdone. The meat didn't seem like they formed the hamburger Patties by hand anymore. The taste was pretty good. The wedge fries were absent yesterday, to be replaced by somewhat skinny fries with lots of orange seasoning powder. We used to love the wedge fries. They still had the veggie bar to add your own lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, etc.There were a couple of places that could have used some cleaning -- like the drink machine and the ladies room.We have fond memories of birthday celebrations and lots of Friday nights at Fuddruckers for the past 35 years. We want to see you survive. Again we loved the servers and the fact that u reserved the whole game room for us for our party.
