Frost Bake Shoppe

Delicious but visually disappointing. We ordered 36 mini confetti cupcakes for my sons birthday. Picked up an hour before the party when the shop opened as they wouldn't be ready Friday for pick up. I attached photos of what I was told they would look similar too. Probably the most frustrating was that we were charged $55+ for the minis. I reached out to the manager and they honored to make up for the presentation of the minis. They were quick to discuss it and very professional. They no longer offer the kind on the website and apologized for the confusion.

I will never buy here again. I wish that it could be different but I'll take my business to Nothing Bundt Cakes. The past two times I have bought baked goods here there has been an issue with customer service.Today, I bought two cupcakes over the phone, and when I arrived to the shop there was a sign outside that said "buy 3 cupcakes get 1 free". I went inside and asked for a 3rd cupcake, but they refused to honor the sign outside.

I specified exactly what i wanted in a picture through email. It was confirmed they would do it. When i went to pick up cake it was missing the "beach chairs" that was my main purpose. Very disappointed as they should've told me this.

Love this place! They offer Gluten free and sugar free options. Our daughter loves the gluten free vanilla! They offer different flavors on each week days. This keeps the flavors interesting and coerces you to try something new. The strawberry lemonade is fabulous!

Today 3/28/2024 we picked up two birthday cakes for my special needs adult son one gluten free and one regular cake. We took them to his school and shared them with his classmates and staff. The cakes we so moist and the frosting was soo delicious best gluten free cake we ever had it made my son's birthday a very special day. I highly recommend this bakery for all your sweet treats we will definitely be buying all of our cake's from them. Thank you so much for making my son's birthday cake a special day.R. Rodriguez

Cool little bakery to grab a cupcake and be a step up from a grocery store bakery. Not that the cupcakes were bad, they just didn't make me salivate, yearn for another bite or want to try another flavor and I tried 4 flavors. I mean I've had a key lime pie, strawberry cheesecake, apple pie & chocolate sundae cupcake from a place in the Deerbrook mall years ago that made me want to weigh 800 pounds and not care at all because they were so good. LOLThese made me appreciate being 100 pounds and not worry about eating every bite.I tried the Oreo, I mean you can just eat an Oreo cookie and be just as satisfied, no wow there. Strawberry - best of the ones I tried, most moist cake and real strawberry flavorSnickerdoodle - The cookie on top not appetizing, maybe more for show, a bit of cinnamon flavor, cream cheese frosting my favorite icing but, idk it didn't mix well with snickerdoodleDulce de leche - nice take, this cake a little drier than expected, the caramel in the middle a little thicker and not as leche sweet as I expected but they tried. Not the best cupcake but for $4 each it's an ok sugar fix.

I had a great experience here. I needed custom cookies for my daughter's birthday- the caveat I needed them 1 week out. All of the other places I went to required much more order time in advance. The cookies came out perfect and were a big hit. They were ready on time and the service was prompt and friendly.

Such a great experience! I ordered a custom cake to go along with my husband's favorite tv show MASH and they did an amazing job. Not only did it look great it tasted amazing!!! The lady who took my order was so friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me confidence in their product & they came thru. Best cake ever!

They failed to process my prepaid order of 3 dozen cookies. Was told the manager or owner would call me to discuss and apologize. Did not happen! All they did was refund and didn't bother to find a solution or apologize! They keep deleting my Facebook reviews to hide how they failed and they don't care about their customers!

The sugar cookies are LIFE CHANGING. PERODT! The actual cookie part is the perfect amount of sweetness (literally perfect to too sweet!) with a hint of a light saltiness that really enhances the flavor! It is so soft and just melts in your mouth! The icing however is my favorite though When you bite into the cookie I love the crunch from the hardened icing on top, and how it immediately melts into your mouth and the coolness of the icing!? CHEFS KISS! The flavor is AMAZING! With like a sweet almond vanilla type of flavor that just makes the Cookie complete in flavor! This cookie will have your taste buds POPPIN and ready for me!
