This was a very nice experience with wonderful tocos, the ox tail was my favorite. I love the quaint feel of this cute restaurant and the service is top notch.I can tell I'm going to have fun here and the staff is very friendly.A must try is the Tres leches cake, some of the best I've ever tasted.

I pass by Front Page Taqueria regularly. Today I decided to give it a try. I went online, read reviews and decided to place an order.I ordered 4 tacos total. From what I have been reading and seeing online, if I order a taco it will come with beans and rice. Well I expected the 4 tacos to come with beans and rice all in separate containers since it was 4 orders. Well as you see in the attached image that I received 4 tacos in one container which 2 were shrimp and my son is allergic I am very disappointed with the portion size they put all 4 tacos in the same container with the beans and rice being enough for one order ( I ordered 4 orders because I needed to feed 4 ppl). Where's the beans and rice for the other 3 orders . Needless to say we are still hungryI also ordered briscoff tres leches but got strawberry. The tacos were just ok. I could've gotten a feast at an authentic Mexican spot including drinks for $40

Food is always goodThe service and hours are inconsistent . One visit we arrived 1 hour before closing and the host made it very clear she was ready to go home when we ordered and even more so when she brought our food. We probably should have just gone elsewhere.. I just assume go when they first open or not at all

Cute location, wasn't expecting black people to serve Mexican food, lol! The portion size was smaller than expected for the price. The jerk mushroom weren't good but the rest of the bowl was flavorful. The rum punch helped washed everything down.

I'm going to say that the visit wasn't all that bad...although I did feel a bit robbed afterwards...I mean literally. I actually called the owner (twice), hung up as well as connected with my bank (twice) and disconnected. Why, what the heck you ask? It's because once I got home and really thought about my check...there is just now way in h$$$ I paid 40.81 for this meal. I decided to let the potential dispute go for a number of reasons...and I'll list them now:). 1. Although confused my the menu, which had items marked off, was missing the price for a bowl of gumbo, and had wayyyy too fine print...I made the mistake of not asking questions. My advice to the owner...fix your menu. Make sure items are listed with up to date descriptions and prices. 2. I forgot to ask for a receipt and should have known the cashier was sus' cause "everyone" else got a receipt. 3. It's a small black-owned business in Stone Mountain...my mom's people are from Shermantown and so I try to stan' for my people doing business in The Village...sides I work for a payment processor and so know how disputes and chargebacks can kill a small business...so letting this one go "this" time. 4. Finally, the food wasn't bad...wasn't 40.81 great either. It was hot and fresh...but the portions were small...like really, really small...and although good flavor the cup of gumbo...how much...not sure, bowl is about 14.95 not worth "whatever" price lil' unhelpful missy decided to charge us. It was hot today...outside and inside. As mentioned, the place is very charming but not charming enough for overpriced food, baby portions, in a hot restaurant where someone had locked the bathroom door from the inside which meant the main reason why we decided to sit and eat (to use the bathroom) almost didn't happen. Even though I'd asked the young lady about the bathroom...it was the manager who finally checked and unlocked the bathroom door. So yeah, there's your happy ending. This is a place that has a lot of maturing to do...I will return but I will be checking my receipt...in the meantime, sending prayers that the portions become adult sized .

This place is definitely a hidden gem. We went on a hike at Stone Mountain Trail and found this wonderful place on the way home. The food was soooo good. I loved the oxtail tacos and surf and turf tacos. The flavors were wonderful. Everyone was super nice and the service was quick. The vibe was like being at home in your kitchen which is wild because the restaurant is a house. I absolutely loved this place. I will be back for sure.

Tacos were great. Drinks are pre batched so they could use some work. Service was pretty good. I will be back.

Food was awesome, service was great! The lack of A/C, no soap and paper towel in the restroom, only bottled water (at $2 a pop) and limited pre-made drinks, makes it feel a little amateur. Have high hopes for improvements since the staff was very personable, informative, and felt dedicated to an authentic experience. A few changes could go a long way. Without A/C we'll make a point to return in the fall and give it another try.
