Fresh Pita

Stopped for a greek salad to go .Average size . Gave me iceberg lettuce, no calamata olives , tomato and pepperinchino . Had to ask for fetta cheese . Just should have told me that they don't make Greek salad. Then charged me $15.00 . Never again.

I've driven by this place many times and I love this type of food but my boyfriend is a little reluctant to eat it, so I stopped by one day when I was alone and I am so glad I did! The second I walked in- I was greeted by the wife and her husband was sitting in the booth and I instantly remembered them from their Mineral Spring Avenue Location! I took my son there for Lunch one day- it was years ago-when he was very little and I will never forget that they made him French fries for free- which was memorable just because of how kind they were. I told her I would pay for them but they waved me away! She also wouldn't let me leave a tip today- but I insisted she give the tip to her son/employee.Everything was made to order so I don't understand the reviews saying the food is not fresh because it most definitely was fresh & delicious! I love the chicken falafel combo ! It's my favorite & the meats were juicy and tender. Everything was great and the price was also very good. I hate when I get lunch for myself & the price comes out to over $20- that is just ridiculous in my opinion. My entire meal came to under $15 - which is amazing! My lunch was amazing, the service was wonderful & the price was just right! I highly recommend at least giving it a try and if you don't know what to order- just go with the chicken or chicken and falafel combo and I promise you- it's worth checking out!

If you like Middle Eastern food, you will LOVE this place. I had the Beef Shawarma (as shown in picture) with both the Taziki sauce and spicy Tzatziki sauce. I'd be willing to try the food again but I was not very impressed at all. I'll say it was takeout delivered through door dash or grub hub so it's not the best introduction to the food. However, it still should hold up a little better than it did. I ordered this a few months ago so I'd don't remember exactly what went wrong but they forgot an item we ordered and everything was pretty just average. Like I said I would give them another shot but I wouldn't expect the best food. I like pick pockets as an alternative.

I would give more stars if I could. Amazing food, great service. Family owned business. Fresh and quick food. We stopped while passing through and would definitely recommend!

It's for sure middle of the road. Sodium levels are right up there with New England fans when Brady left aha it's basically run by teenagers who have their first gig, but they're trying their best. It beats driving to ESP on Thayer, for me. If you're in the area and want a quick bite this will hit the spot. Bon appetite!

Our family had the best lunch at Fresh Pita last week! It was our first time and the owner was so welcoming and kind. He let us try meats and sauces, before we made our selections. My 4 year old discovered he loves chicken shawarma. He helped arrange tables for our group of 7. He is one of the nicest, most generous people. The food was so scrumptious! Everyone in our party loved our meals. Generous portions, very fresh, excellent prices, and a beautiful view while you dine. I cannot recommend this place enough! We will definitely return anytime we're in the area. An absolute gem!

We go there frequently. When our grandkids come home from college, they look forward to going to Fresh Pita. My favorite is the chicken shwarma wrap. Our grandkids like the beef/ chicken combo over rice. The owners are very accommodating and the service is always great!

Drew Buteau is very good at his job. I love he wraps my pita and smiles at me while he serves my food. He is a charming young man and deserves a raise. Keep up the good work kiddo! Food smacks harder than a rock on water.

My husband and I tried this place for the first time tonight. It was delicious! I had the small chicken shawarma wrap, which was very filling- I can't imagine trying to eat the large! It was really tasty with their two special sauces. My husband had the falafel platter, which was also delicious. We also loved the pita chips and hummus appetizer. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back!
