Fresh And Nice Caribbean Style Cuisine

I don't understand why this place has bad reviews... I've ordered DoorDash from them 4 times over the past 2 months and the portions are always generous. The brown stew chicken is always cooked to perfection and very tender with lots of flavor. I even tried the cabbage and it was buttery and tender everything tasted really fresh. Will continue to give them my business and support

I really enjoyed my curry goat to go - plenty of flavor and a bit of spice. It was such a large portion I had leftovers for dinner. I like that they include the plantain not everyone does. I'd definitely go back

Well I never hear or seen of this place and pass it literally everyday. I decided to treat mom. Mom order oxtails peas and rice and plantains. I order brown stew white rice and cabbage. I also added an additional side of mac and cheese. Gotta sample everybody mac and cheese of course!! I also ordered the pineapple ginger juice and beet with almond milk fresh juice.Fresh juice is a hit loved it Brown stew was pretty good Oxtail was ok , gotta give it another taste to confirm. I was mad hungry Cabbage I could do w/o Mac and cheese ..... to each it's own but not for me Overall will go back and try more selections. Stay tune

I was in the area for an event at a venue around the corner, another black owned event. The oxtails where amazing ! Very fresh and seasoned to perfection ! The rice and peas was equally amazing ! Found a new spot for JA food in Miami :-)

Nasty , go back to culinary school if you ever been there if not you should bland I'm still looking for the curry for the curry chicken dinner I ordered and let's not talk about the brown stew chicken I told my co worker don't ever offer me anything from this place Garbage and a waste of money

I wish I could leave no stars this place is horrible PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE I CREATEDA YELP ACCOUNT JUST TO WARN PEOPLE OF HOW NASTY THIS FOOD IS I ordered the brown stew chicken and it tasted like they washed the barbecue chicken off and just slapped some brown stew / ketchup/jerk sauce on it it was horrible I was the only person in there the cashier dude was moving so slow took him almost 5 minutes literally to give me back my 3 dollars change he also was the one who went back there in that s sketchy kitchen where you can't see what's going on back there the rice was under cooked badly and wayyyy under seasoned the cabbage also had no flavor it's sucks I can't stress this enough and they also have a sign right above the register that says all sales are final yea because if you think about it how many people came back and asked for there money back this place also had a weird smell inside as well as the outside i should of known not to even eat here but I tried to support the local business but when it comes down to your health and safety guys please don't eat here thank you

I wish I could leave a review about how good their food was but unfortunately I didn't even make it that far. My bf and I were visiting Miami and he wanted some good Jamaican food. After searching through a few, this spot was the only one we could find serving salmon (he doesn't eat meat and the only seafood he likes is salmon). Excitedly, we grabbed an Uber and traveled 25 minutes to this place. Boy oh boy do I wish we stayed at our hotel. There's nothing "nice" about this place. We weren't greeted and I was immediately turned off by the smell of weed. There were also flies flying around. Even still, my bf pushed past this and asked for salmon to which the guy behind the counter responded with "we not serving salmon." Then he said he would check for us and walked to the back. My bf then grabs a menu from the stack they had, and turns out, the menu was a fly swatter. No lie! The fly was mashed into pieces on the BACK of their menu. By then, some chick (I believe) comes out and just stares as us. Again, we ask for salmon and she says they are out. He then asks if there's anything vegetarian that they serve and she says "The menu" while pointing to the wall. Well obviously we can't go off of "tHe MeNu" bc it's says you have 3 types of salmon and turns out you DONT. At that point, I was over the stank ass attitude, and the nasty environment so I told my bf to just forget it and we can go elsewhere. Which is exactly what we did. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! There are plenty other Caribbean places with much better customer service and a CLEANER establishment.
