Fresco's Fusion Grill

My first time at Fresco's was such a delight! I had the honey chipotle quesadilla which I now crave all the time. We also had the filet mignon quesadilla and it was amazing!!! Their filet was seasoned perfectly and so tender. Our little guy had a delicious cheeseburger and that says a lot because he is a picky eater. Overall this place is awesome and located at a great fun location. My family will be back very soon!

Awesome quesadilla! Tried the steak and loved it. Their salsa is spot on. Other restaurants should get advice from these guys. I boranes house in the salsa chips!

We went to the Rose Hill Beergarden last weekend and tried Fresco's and everything we ate was amazing! The staff was really helpful and made great menu recommendations. I had the honey chipotle quesadilla and my husband had the bacon jam burger and we will definitely be back to try some of the other menu items!

Top 5 burger I've ever eaten. I'm from Louisiana and have tasted some great food. This was so fresh. Tons of flavor! Awesome!

Having passed this food truck park a few times....my family finally decided to have Sunday lunch here. Looking at the quesadilla heavy menu....it was so hard to choose. I ended up settling on the Chipotle Bacon Chicken one. Man....when I tell you that this was THE BEST quesadilla I've EVER had!!!(and I've had a lot!!) The crust was so light and buttery, yet soft to the bite. The guy gave me some ranch that had he had to have added something to, because it was a flavor I'd never had before. The blend of the bacon, chipotle, and chicken seasoning was so good.....I savored each bite! It also comes with a small serving of chips and salsa. I can only imagine what the rest of the quesadillas on the menu taste like....but with it only being about 7 mins away, I definitely plan on finding out! Also, they have pb&j burger type sandwich that is going to be a MUST HAVE!!!!

Fresco's Fusion Grill Food Truck was a disappointment. Initially, I tried ordering two different menu items however the proprietor said he was out of the ingredients. I don't quite understand why you would show up in a food truck park and not have what you need to sell what you offer. Still, I decided to give Fresco's a try and ordered their Filet Mignon Quesadillas. I asked if they came with fries. The answer, "yes", yet no fries were included with my meal. The quesadillas were soggy and greasy rather than crisp, which to me is the only way of serving this item. The price: $ 15.00. More than double what any restaurant would charge for the same item. I won't be back to this food truck any time soon that's for certain.

Came here on a Friday night not really knowing what to expect. The filet mignon instantly caught my attention! I ordered the burrito and I have to say im glad I did! it's the best I've had in the area. These guys know what they're doing
