Freebirds World Burrito

The portions are small. Torchy's tacos is much better. I recently ordered a burrito and chips. The burrito was the size of a tiny taco. The chips were in a sealed plastic bag and weren't very good.

Great servers, very polite and helpful. ok food, but questionable management. They won't let their servers use knives for some reason. Apparently it's "too dangerous"? The manager will only allow plastic knives. I think it's more dangerous to risk your customers swallowing aluminum foil due to unsharp knives. Every kitchen needs a knife. As a pregnant person, I prefer to eat aluminumWould not come back due to this reason, and it's not the servers fault. They checked throughly but their bad working conditions caused this.

Happened to stop by here because I was starving after running an errand in Sugar Land and on my way home.I thought I remember Freebirds being much more tasty in the past, but my food this time around didn't taste as good as I remembered. The beans were a bit overcooked and it was strange how there were roasted potatoes in the fajita vegetables... at least the vegan chorizo and queso were decent enough! I appreciate that they piled my nachos high with all the toppings I asked for, but I know that if I wasn't as hungry as I was, it would have been too much.

This was my first time coming to this location after having freebirds catered at an event ! The staff here were very friendly! My only concern was the cleanliness of the restaurant where the food was. A lot of the food looked dried out like it hasn't been stirred. This could possibly be because it wasn't a lot of people eating in there. Other than that the taste of the food was amazing ! You definitely have to go home and heat it up.

Subtotal was $55.17 for 3 burritos, with BOGO minus $9.99 total with sale tax was $48.90. This was the most expensive burrito I've ever had. Won't come back.

We love FreeBirds, but this location is a hit or miss. My recent experiences must be shared, but only in hopes that improvements are made because I still need me some burritos.Before the whole pandemic started happening, we decided to dine-in as usual. While choosing our burrito ingredients, we were surprised to find that almost 1/4 of their ingredients were unavailable. I'm not just talking about diced tomato or cilantro, I'm talking about beans, rice, beef, corn, lime, and more! It was a hot mess, and I felt bad for them to be honest. Because of this, I submitted a private feedback on their website in hopes that management would improve. They have gotten a little bit better since then, but I still come across times when simple ingredients are completely out. Is there a national corn shortage?Services is generally good, though I still don't understand why the checkout screen asks you if you want to tip or not. It's so awkward when the cashier is waiting for you to press that 20 percent tip button. Should Wendy's, Taco Bell, and Burger King start asking for tips too? Just leave a tip jar or something and not put customers on the spot.

The Sugar Land location is Terrible!!The food looked like it had been sitting there for hours. They had to scrape the last of the old rice, veggies and beans from the bottom of the serving bowl. The food area was filthy. I do not recommend this place. Don't waste your money here! Go to Chipotle!

Let me start off by saying, I eat Mexican food daily, and I mean daily, so I know my food. I have not had the best experience over the last few places I have eaten that are similar to this, however, this one stands out. Not because of the food per say but because of the customer service.Yesterday was my first time here at the recommendation of a friend and I had not idea what to order. Because I am use to paying extra for anything extra, that is what I expected.Big G: Good evening maam, what can I get you.Me: The bowl and do you have corn tortillas?Big G: Yes maam.Me: How much do you charge per torilla?Big G: Nothing maam, we dont charge for extras, this is not Chipotle!Needless to say, I died laughing. Not only did he not make a big deal of me asking for a little more rice, or corn tortillas, he was friendly and respectful.Harold, who rung up my order was great too. I love spicy sauces, so he combined two sauces for me to try since it was my first time.Now the food isn't spectacular as it is regular pick-your-bowl food but it was good. However, the customer service and attitude made my bowl taste even better. Whoever hired them, good choice. It is now my new spot. It was clean, friendly and I will be back!Parden the picture, I ate before I could take the pic! The only thing I would sub is the spring mix. I will try lettuce next time.

Older AA gentleman made my order, directed me to all the options and completed my order in a timely fashion. They did have two people on staff which I expected a wait but it was nice and clean and hardly any wait time. Will be back soon.

I just picked up the salad bowl from Freebirds in Sugar Land and was greatly disappointed in the "quality" of their salad! Almost made me gag! It was slimy, rotten and old!
