Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

The food would be better if you could get what you ordered. The cashier repeated my order but turned and went to drive thru window. Everyone working was goofing around and laughing loudly. Not that there is anything wrong with happy staff but when orders are not being handed out correctly it's hard for customers to not think the staff are not paying attention to their responsibilities. I did order my food to go and that's mostly because of how much grease was in the air from the frying. Not sure if the hood vents were being serviced. I like Freddys and have always enjoyed their food but this was my first time inside the dinning room.

The service & food was like none other.... Everyone one I encountered was so nice & helpful, the burger & shake was unmatched. I would have taken a picture but the food looked so good! I will be returning!

The drive through line was not pack, the staff was polite, informative, the burgers were the best burgers I've had in a long time , the food presentation was not sloppy , the inside was clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place

Horrible customer service. I went the other day with my friends to buy some frozen custards. We get there and we order two small sundaes, one turtle and one PBC. They took so long to make them. Someone who ordered after us also got their custard before us! When they were finally ready, they didn't call us for them and let them sit there. We received a small PBC sundae and a medium concrete. We look at the receipt and it turns out the cashier charged us for a medium concrete instead of a small turtle. We bring the concrete to the cashier and asked if they could remake it. They then bring us a small sundae, except it's PBC, not turtle. We go up to the register, again, and ask for a refund because we didn't want them to ruin even more food by asking them to remake it again.The person initiates a refund, but we notice the total was less than what we paid for. He wanted to refund us for a small turtle sundae, which was less than a medium concrete (What we were initially charged). We mentioned it and he changed the item. My goodness. How did they mess up three different times? They also didn't apologize a single time.I get it; It's fast food. I worked fast food before, but whenever I messed up someone's order, I at least apologized for the inconvenience and rectified the issue immediately. I will stick with Dairy Queen and won't return.

It was my first time coming here to Freddy's, we placed our order and waited, and when our food and drinks were ready, we ate, the food was great, and the environment was great around us as there were seats and the history behind the restaurant, definitely going to go back, overall great restaurant, and fast food.

Everything was quality. Consider using the app to customize your order, add some extra seasoning (I have a salty palette), or ask for some Chalula packets. This killed the hunger beast. Do it.

I was second in line in the drive through and ordered two sundae's (which was bad enough that it was $13) we waited and waited and waited behind only one car in front of me. My grand daughter whom I was trying to give a special treat for needed desperately to use the rest room so after waiting a little longer, I decided to pull out of line and go inside so she could relieve herself. I opened the men's restroom door to allow her in and the one and only stall had water (hopefully it was water) all over the floor around the toilet. And it smelled nasty. So I opened the women's door to let her in there and she went in while I waited outside. Well... there was no toilet paper in that one so I hand to get her some hand towels to finish her business. I went to the counter afterwards to get our ice cream whiich remember I ordered outside., blew the workers minds. And they all looked at each other like what do we do now???? I've never seen so many teenagers all moving in slow motion without a care in the world. All while another one slept in one of the near by booths. I got our ice cream and went straight home. I live less than 1/4 mile from this location and when I opened the bag and pulled the $13 worth of ice cream out it was milk soup. They obviously made it way back when I ordered it while growing old in the drive thru. Terrible experience. Get some maturity in the location and train your youngsters to have a sense of urgency. Never again. Y'all make McDonald's look like a gourmet restaurant. And please for the love of God get on a restroom cleaning routine schedule.

It's been years since I've had Freddy's to eat. I went through the drive thru today and ordered a double cheeseburger meal for my nephew and a veggie burger meal for myself. Chase took my order and the customer service was excellent. Chase made sure my order was correct and greeted me with a warm smile when I got to the window. The food was good. I'll return for the customer service and food.

This place has a great vibe from the cleanliness to the service and the food is soo good!!!

Disgusting and rapidly deteriorating. The restroom had urine or something all on the slimy nasty floor, toilets disgusting, no paper towels which means the employees are probably not washing their hands. The lobby area needed cleaning. Just imagine how dirty the kitchen must be. This use to be a safe place to dine but it's a sess pool for germs now. Not a good representation of Freddy's
