Service went downhill. Inconsistent in sizing and pricing. Poor customer service. I wish we had other options in our neighborhood.

I totally would give this place a 4 stars but its been a little hit or miss. The first few times I went my crabs were soooo good, I was literally eating the crab legs in the car on my way home. Around the 4th or 5th time, it wasn't as good. But the other day I went to try it out and baybeeee! They were extremely delicious. I lowkey want to get dressed and grab me another half a dozen.

Consistently good seafood ! Live the sautéed crabs and the service at this establishment..

Love Franks Very Good Seafood. I just wish you guy's had fried fish on your menu! But other then that, one of the best around.

A business that does not know how to talk to their employees and to tell customers that "if you don't like, it you should leave" is not the type of business I can support anymore. I will no longer be buying anything from this location they are rude to their employees and I can only image the way they get spoken to where there are no customers present.

Horrible. We ordered over $100 of completely unseasoned food. No difference between mild or hot. No flavor or seasoning to be found on anything we ordered. I will never go back.

The large crabs actually were large! They were meaty, juicy and seasoned very well! Very good!

This place is Amazing. The crabs are always fresh and juicy. Great sized Always! Never disappointed .. The Staff is Always nice and polite,Store Always clean as well. Also Importantly the price is Right!

0 star ! The guys daughter that works there is a compulsive liar! I ordered food and when I arrived to pick it up my order was completely different! Bad business I wouldn't Recommend! Plenty of other seafood restaurants with hard working honest folk that won't make you regret spending your hard earned money

I've been going to Franks for a while now and service and quality of food is quickly declining. The size of the crabs are inconsistent, if I ordered a dozen I wholeheartedly believe there are mixed sized crabs in my order. Also the customer service is declining as well on multiple occasions my order total was higher than the price I was told over the phone. I hope these reviews are taken seriously changes are made to avoid losing more customers.
