Great place. Needed a Sicilian today! Sit at the bar and have a beer or a cocktail while waiting. The bartenders are excellent!!

Food: we both had the Gorgonzola pasta. It was quite tasty. Bacon was delish and the chicken was pounded flat and lightly breaded. Sauce was far better than most American Alfredo's! Salad and rolls are served family style. All items were fresh. Rolls are dripping in garlic butter/oil. Service was good. But a little rushed. Our waiter made good suggestions and was friendly and nice. I'd really prefer to be done with my salad before my entree arrives though. It just feels rushed, like they are in a hurry for me to eat and leave so they can seat another table. I was meeting a friend for dinner and wasn't in a hurry. We ate and immediately paid but then we sat. I would have ordered another glass of wine and maybe consider dessert, but the waiter never checked back. We were there at least another hour. Ambiance and upkeep. This is where Frankie's is falling a little short. It's looking a little tired and worn. Bathrooms were a little grungy. There was a roll of paper towels in one of the stalls in lieu of toilet paper (I let them know but they didn't go replace the tp). The whole interior just fees dated. It needs a refresh and an update. It would feel fresher and cleaner. Reliable food. Rushed service. Dated interior.

I liked Frankie's I have eaten there once and took a pizza home once. The pizza is a good pizza. We ordered pasta and my husband thought it was a bit of a small serving size. We had a beer and they have good local beers. The service is good. However don't fall for the coupons they aren't good on weekends. I also don't know if this is true but I read on next door that they only got a 60 on health. Parking can be tough there when it is busy and seems to be busy a lot which also says something for it.

Whenever I visit Marietta, I always have dinner here. My family came here frequently when I grew up in the area. Whether it's the pizza, spaghetti, salad, or the rolls, the food here has never disappointed. And speaking of the rolls, they are amazing. I have a bad habit of eating like 20 of them each time I visit. The last time I came by, I tried the margherita pizza and it was excellent. The small size was perfect for one person. The server was super friendly and fast with refills, checking in on us, and getting the check. Although it is not the restaurant's fault, beware of the parking lot. It seems to be packed at all times and cars are constantly pulling out and quickly parking or lurking. It's like a bad driver's ed movie when maneuvering around. Overall, this place is definitely worth a visit if you crave italian food.

Had a wonderful, relaxing dinner tonight at Frankie's. Relaxing casual atmosphere, good food, and great friendly service from Alejandro! Frankie's has a wide variety of choices from classic pastas, specialty dinner entrees, pizzas, calzones, subs, and more! We typically go to Provinos, but this change of pace was definitely worth it. Don't forget, meals here also include soup or salad and warm garlic rolls. My Sausage and Peppers were done well as was the eggplant parm platter. Hope to be back again soon!

Everything was fine. The food was delicious. But, what Italian restaurant doesn't know how to make Pasta al olia? It is considered "Peasant food " in Italy. It is Garlic , toasted in olive oil and poured onto cooked Linguine. (Very simple) l finally settled on Pasta Gorgonzola with shrimp. ( very delicious dish!) Oh well!I understand that a restaurant needs to make a profit. But,My wife and I ordered a slice of a N.Y. style cheesecake after our delicious lunch. We took it to go. We wanted it after dinner tonight. We opened the styrofoam container to find this little sliver of a Cheesecake!I'm not a big dessert guy but for $8.25 it was a total ripoff!! My cake server to place it on the plate was too wide for the slice!! Granted, nobody needs a huge slice of cheesecake but it was ridiculous!Oh! BTW: Two glasses of Chianti for $18 dollars was a little too much to.

I like the food here I really do but y'all really got to get it together. The first few times I've eaten the service and food were great! But the last few my orders have been wrong every time. Today I ordered something very simple, a small pepperoni pizza. It was uncut and there were no pepperonis..... Im not mad just wish y'all would do better on something very simple.
