"Awesome music venue near old town Denton. Divey, cheap drinks and a whole bunch of people just trying to have fun. There's usually a cover but don't deter you from coming in. Cover charge will not cost you an arm leg, I promise. Will regularly check out their band rotation so I could come visit more."
"I had the opportunity to stop in here and watch the band desperado, which is a great Eagles cover band. I got a seat on the balcony right at the bar top. What a great view. no one to block your view of the band and you can overlook the crowd below the venue here is awesome I had a burger and two beers during the concert and the food was really good The beers were ice cold. What more do you want?"

"Cool below ground level bar. Very cool vibe with friendly efficient staff and a cool outdoor area. Great place for a late nightcap."
"We came to the yard on a Saturday night and have to say i was impressed by the DJ . He played some really good music and they had large dance floor. The swings were a HUGE plus and i enjoyed sitting there listening to music. Additionally , they have the option of playing beer pong which is freaking awesome . And HELLO they let you bring your pup in? That is awesome. We also played their basket ball hoop games for $1 which was fun. They also have more than 1 story. Way better than capital bar which charged a cover, this place had no cover and no line on a Saturday night. Will return . Plus our male bartender with glasses was friendly with regular drinks."
"This is my second time at Knife Italian. About a year ago my experience didn't meet my expectations... but this year they far exceeded it. Our server Crystal was absolutely amazing! She was real and kind, and made great recommendations. Checked on us enough that we never wanted for anything, but not so much that we felt interrupted or rushed. Other servers helped bus the table and kept our waters full at all times. As you can see, the food was amazing! The steak and deserts were my favorite, lobster ravioli, focaccia, then pizza. The drinks are in a category of their own. They really pride themselves on the Italian tradition of complex aperitifs. The decor is a little 'island-y.' When it gets dark outside, the restaurant gets pretty dark. The valet is complimentary when you dine at the restaurant, and the valets were very on top of it! We had a great time! I am so glad we went back!"
"Amazing lil place, that's 38 years old this year!Caters to truck drivers and smokers, open nearly 24 hours, with semi parking.Food is amazing, and shockingly cheap. Service is perfect for the clientele, they adapt to each person. I like to be left alone to read a book, that was exactly how I was served; meanwhile, the guy at the table in the corner was a typical longhaul trucker, who eventually had a member of the staff join him at his table and just sat there and let him ramble for an hour, what an amazing place! If you already have semi parking off site, this pkace is probably walking distance from it: close to truck stops, terminals and pokey loading shippers, hit them up! The food is incredible. I have no idea how they are able to coax such flavor out of such simple foods, (and they wouldn't tell me!) But somehow they manage! I walked down there and had TX bbq for lunch earlier today, in a couple more hours I'm going back to try their no doubt authentic Mexican food, I can't wait! (I'll try to get more pictures on my return trip!)"
"Came for the rodeo. Thought it was bulls that they were riding but it was mostly horses. It was a good show. But it felt repetitive cause there was a lot of riders. I did leave early after other people left too. The people that did leave early did come to the show often and knew when stuff will happen and what they will show."
"One of their pizzas and man is it delicious and good and full of flavor along with a nice ice cold beer"
"Great staff and very friendly service. Food was typical but atmosphere made up for it. Beer is cold too!!"
"Really friendly people and pretty decent Mexican food. Affordable for lunch. They have a reasonable lunch menu. Place always seems clean, especially the bathroom. Nice outdoor seating area for the nice days. We like to go here for lunch. I would love to check out the nightlife scene. They do have a full bar."
"Reservoir is an open air anchor restaurant in the Toyota Music Factory that has one of the best locations that overlooks the Texas Lottery Plaza. I finally had a chance to visit for brunch on a spring weekend, and my visit did not disappoint. My Overall Rating - 4 Stars Atmosphere - On nice weather days, nothing beats the atmosphere of Reservoir. The front of the restaurant is open to the Texas Lottery Plaza. If the weather's great, the sun and breeze flows in. If there is a band on the stage, you have the perfect seat. Either way, you win. 1 StarService - I stayed away from Reservoir due to the low Yelp ratings, but open further review, I noticed there were several 1 Star reviews due to service. Luckily for me, I did not have this issue. On our early Saturday visit, we sat ourselves, and a few minutes later had a nice and helpful server. No problems on this visit. 1 StarFood - I'm not sure what kind of food Reservoir specializes in, as their menu is diverse. We experienced their brunch menu but started with Cast Iron Hummus and Cheesy Garlic Bread. The hummus was great. It was served with pita bread cut in triangles. I spooned generous amounts of hummus onto the bread for a creamy bite. The Cheesy Garlic bread was like a cheese pizza. Not great but not bad either. For brunch, I called on Papa Smurf - three thick blueberry pancakes. A little too thick for my tastes, but it sure did make for a great photo. Looking back, the menu reminded me of a higher quality TGI Friday's menu: lots of variety for everyone, but nothing that stands out. 1 StarWill I Return? - Yes. I'll be back for the atmosphere. The food was good, not great, but nothing beats the location. On a pretty spring morning or a cool summer evening with a band on the stage, Reservoir is a great location to visit. 1 Star"
"It cracked me up when they did Gungnam Style. Never thought I'd see that in a Mexican club. The girls here tend to cake on the make-up a little too much. It's like that bar in From Dusk Till Dawn when they turn on the lights at 2am.Other than that, it was fun being the only 6'2" Asian in a Mexican club."

Very cool venue! There is always entertainment so check out their event calendar. There is a pretty chill outside area with another bar that you can hang out at. Drinks are good, staff and owner are great! The venue is located in downtown Denton, so make some time to find parking. Check this place out and support local!

We had a great time listening to Emerald City Band celebrate their 40th anniversary! We had prime seats just inside with views of the stage, perfect to listen and see without being overwhelmed. We ordered Mac n Cheese balls, nachos, and pizza and they were great. The pizza could've been cooked a lot more as the center was soggy but it was still good. Would def go back!

Yes, I will admit, the Supernatural fan in me was eager to visit here and make some arbitrary quoted reference to the show. But I will spare you the trouble. This was the last stop on our group outing bar crawl tour with friends, perfect for cheap Irish pints and a late-night craving of hustling your friends at pool.

For an amazing night out in Fort Worth- go to The Yard!! This place is always a blast and every time I'm in the area I go check it out. They bring in some really cool DJ's and exciting talent too which really makes it stand out from some other Fort Worth bars. If you're looking for a fun place to go out with your friends, check out The Yard!

We absolutely loved this place because it catered to a mature audience. The music was amazing, but I never got to line dance. Thank you for offering military discount. We appreciate it very much. Thank you for the awesome staff who served us.

I had dinner here with several friends and all said the food was good and the waitress was attentive. 2 of my friends eat here 2-3 times a week. They have the salmon just about every time. With glazed carrots & green beans. They ask for their salmon to be cooked well done. They love it. I had the chef salad and was not disappointed. A pile of meat, bacon bits, cheese, just the right amount of lettuces, and it was great. The other friend had the French Dip and he said it was delicious. One thing people need to remember. This isn't a fast food establishment. If you want to get your food fast, go to Chicken Express. Chill out.

"Best seafood I've had in the long time fresh and very tasty. The staff was amazing quick and efficient."
"Their Short Rib Pappardelle is one of the best pastas I've had in a VERY long time. I would come back just to have this again. We ordered calamari, pastas, and a half chicken as our appetizer + mains and everything came out delicious. Service was quick and the restaurant had a very chic vibe. Definitely make reservations on the weekends as it filled up pretty quickly once we got there around 6pm on a Saturday. They had a separate specials menu that included some very interesting dessert pizzas, so we got the fig and brie one! We loved our experience and will keep this restaurant in our pocket for the next time we're in the area."
"Open atmosphere with live music from some awesome bands. Their food was really good and gave nice portions. Our waitress was on the ball keeping us happy. I recommend Oscars to friends and family."
"First time coming to this bar and such a great atmosphere! The manager Grey is amazing and great customer service! Definitely going to keep coming back!"
"Step back in time with an authentic Texas restaurant and bar. Great atmosphere, food and staff! Complimentary biscuits and jam! Starters included unique, tamales and deviled eggs. Must try the "battered to perfection" Texas sized, chicken fried steak, on a bed of mashed potatoes, topped with cream gravy. Sirloin steak, "grilled to perfection" with a side of fresh, green beans. Great list of wine and beer."
"I wanted to update my review after reading some of the older ones. First thing I will say - is there is no longer smoking allowed inside. So for the people who are turned off by stuff areas full of smoke, no need to worry, you won't encounter that here.Second thing is that the basement has recently been completely remodeled. There are beautiful murals painted on all the walls and the lighting is dim but inviting with twinkle lights lining the ceiling. They have events almost every night in the venue but the basement remains pretty calm which is great because you can still have a conversation without yelling over the music.***Great bar for live music, cheap drinks, and a chill atmosphere. They no longer allow smoking inside, which I really appreciate. My favorite thing about Andy's is the basement where they serve amazing waffle sandwiches and wings. You really can't go wrong here."
"We finally tried HERE and are so glad we did! The atmosphere is clean & bright. Although they are short staffed, their service was impeccable! Our drinks were never empty and the food came out surprisingly fast! Crab Rangoons and dumplings were awesome, the sushi was so fresh and delicious (we tried New Mexico roll and California roll). The lunch specials are super affordable and available on weekends! I got the chicken teriyaki bento box with noodles and hubby got the orange chicken lunch special. Plenty of food, we had to get a to-go box. We will definitely be coming here more often!"
"Best guacamole ever. The food was excellent. The margaritas were very weak. Wonderful service. Great ambiance,"
"This was honestly such a fun experience! Thank you to the awesome staff for allowing my guy and me to only play for 30 minutes to check it out. Normally, it's $15 per person for 1.5 hours, which isn't bad at all! They have multiple games you can play and it is really cool being able to see how shuffleboard works electronically. We had soo much fun trying it out! I can understand why they do a 1.5 hour minimum since we were just getting into the groove when our time ran out. I only got to try their Bramblin' Man, but it was soo good, I got two! Delicious! If they end up coming to SD, you can guarantee I will be back many a times!"
"Overall had a pretty good time coming here with a group of friends! It was fun to try out all of the different games that were available but some of the buttons on the arcade cabinets or consoles were non functional which was a bit of a bummer. Good selection of games though! My friends ordered some of the specialty shots that they were decent but a little bit too sweet for my personal taste.Overall recommend for a chill arcade night with friends!"
"Probably the worst bar at the stockyards. They let in underage college and high school kids but don't let adults with white shirts or backpacks in. Not to mention they illegally stay open till 3 am. This bar is a joke. The only reason they're in business is because of underage kids. In addition they overcharge you and put extra drinks that never existed on your tab."
"After searching for almost 7 years, we finally found our Fort Worth dance hall. I don't know how we never found the Stagecoach before! We visited for the first time Saturday night. Upon entry we were struck by the traditional Texas dance hall atmosphere, and our eyes went straight to the 3,500 square foot hardwood dance floor. Good start!Jamie Richards and his band provided the live music - scheduled to begin at 8:30 they were about 20 minutes getting started. No big deal, for the prerecorded play list offered ample tunes to warm up our dance moves. The crowd included people of various dance abilities, so anyone can feel at home here. Age ranged from mid-20's to seniors. I would guess the median age of most in attendance Saturday night were 50-ish. It was a well behaved, fun crowd.Succinctly stated, Stagecoach is exactly what we've been looking for. In the words of the Terminator -- "we'll be back"!"
"What an awesome afternoon we spent at Shaw's Patio & Grill's patio! A friend of ours was presenting numerous readings from her published collection of poetry. We were really excited to hear her beautiful prose and words. On top of that, it was a perfect afternoon to spend on the patio. Even though it was February and technically winter, the temps outside couldn't have been better. It was a glorious Sunday afternoon to be outdoors in Ft. Worth.Unfortunately, we found out that Shaw's kitchen closes at 4:00pm on Sundays. The only food item from the bar were chips and salsa. I don't know if they're making their own salsa, but it was really good with just the right amount of punch to it. As we were enjoying Shaw's excellent frozen Margaritas, we ended up getting a refill of chips so we could finish the cup of salsa. We didn't want to leave any behind. On top of the wonderful duo of musicians who were entertaining us, we also found out that on Sunday afternoons "Club Church" was held on the patio. It's a "not in your face" very casual service with scripture reading and even communion. It was nicely done. My wife and I both decided that we want to come back to Shaw's when the kitchen is open to try some of their delicious selections from the menu."
"Came here with the family and we all enjoyed our time. Everything was hot, fresh and service was great. The menu is simple but still a good variety considering they just opened. Can't wait for them to expand the menu more! Very nice restaurant, great service and great food."
"Cool concept just a bit outdated. The place reminded me of diversions game room. It has a bunch of arcade games and game counsels such as Nintendo/Xbox. We ordered a combo meal deal they had on the menu. It came with a large pizza, cheese sticks, fries/onion rings and 15 wings. The pizza and wings were better than we expected. The wings were just the right amount of crisp and very flavorful. Props to our server. He did great given that our party was large and assisted us mostly himself. He was never rude and attended to whatever we needed. Check in on Yelp and receive a free dessert."
"You think you've been to a real saloon, complete with a true Texas feel and great music? Not 'till you've been to The Greenwood, cowboys and cowgirls. Our friends introduced us to this place after eating down the street at Let's Eat. We were the obvious out-of-towners when we walked in (my picture snapping helped that though). The inside was decorated with old and Western artifacts, with none of the decor really matching and placed randomly all over the walls and floors.Outside, you step onto a gravel and concrete area decorated with random patio sets, rusted out swings and picnic tables. A big concrete slab sits in front of the stage for everyone to dance on. The night we were there, the band blasted out covers of Dwight Yoakam, Brooks & Dunn and old country classics. They only serve beer, wine and sodas so don't expect anything fancy. They also provide popcorn if you get the munchies. The bathrooms are the coolest thing evah, made to look like an updated outhouse. The sink looks like an old outside faucet and the sink is a big silver bucket. There's another huge outdoor area off to the side, separated by a fence with a doorway; no one really went over there, but I suppose it catches overflow on busy nights and when the place is rented out.We had a BLAST sipping on beer, dancing with friendly strangers and cheering on the band. It's definitely a Texas gem that everyone should visit at least once."
"I have to give love to MASS for hosting the Beto for Texas event on Saturday. They were gracious, kind and accomodating. It says a great deal about a business that will host a political event so kindly. In addition to providing the space, they also had beverages for sale, and the gentleman serving was very personable. The place, despite being packed with individuals ready to see positive change in the world, was well air conditioned on this hot Texas day. Parking was acceptable, with a lot beside the venue as well as street parking alongside. For a bar, the restrooms were very clean. The place was well maintained. Pool tables were aplenty. Seating and standing room, A+.I will certainly return to this venue for a non-political event, and I cannot say "thank you" enough for hosting this organizing event.Beto for Texas, 2018!"
"Hold on Houston. I may have left you, but I didn't leave my appetite behind. But what's this? Ramen? Good noods and chillacious drinks. I'm just making up words alright? Bear with me. But picture this. Bustling streets. Chatters of different conversations from bars around the way. Aromas of carbs and tonkotsu scream in the air to be devoured on a hot day. You're hungry and you just need some good eats in your stomach. Making your way into Wabi means you're either waiting on their patio for a table/bar seat. Or you're immediately sat with yourself (or with friends.) The menu is pretty extensive from their scallops, meatballs, to Japanese fried chicken and ramen which are pretty damn tasty. Plenty of the food has been good noshes and people like Amanda, Ahn, Jasmine, and Denise have made this place incredible. Here's the food and how I eat it. The scallops have a light soy marinade with micro greens on top. I had a dash of salt to compliment it. Shittake mushrooms have a nice density to give it extra umami. That bone marrow butter is stellar. I get the tsukemen which is their dipping ramen; but what do I do? I add scallops and that bone marrow to enhance that broth. The gods answered my prayer and I couldn't stop saying thank you to the food one. Overall, it was great. I love the atmosphere and I couldn't thank them to be another home away from home."
"Well well well Fort Worth look at you with this little hidden gem. I was blown away by everything. A small quaint town, where people smile, laugh, love and have a great time. The restaurants all lined up on the strip in combination with the holiday lights were amazing. Lots of different restaurants to choose from, it seems the area can get very crowded so be aware. I will be back"
"We decided to do a company outing, and Cidercade won the most votes. Upon arrival, they have a parking lot in the front that was full since it was around 5:00pmish on a Friday. I didn't feel like street parking since you do tread into the residential area if it gets super packed. Luckily, I found some parking in the back of the building next to Splinters Axes & Ales. This place surely exceeded my expectation. Think arcade, food, and cider! The foodie in me would talk about the grub first. Their 10" thin-crust pizzas were delicious. I love how they have the flexibility of substituting the crust to either gluten-free or cauliflower for an extra free. The margherita pizza was light, flavorful, and yummy. The meat lover's pizza was on the drier side, but just as good. One of my coworkers was not a fan of pizza in general, so she opted for the cinnamon roll pizza that was a little too sweet for her palate. They also offer salads if you are avoiding carb overload. As for drinks, I had the unlimited soda, but in reality could only finish one cup of soda. Let's talk about the games. I had loads of fun playing Pac-Man and basketball arcade. Be prepared for pinball machines, pool tables, etc. The machines may look like you need tokens or coins, but the games are unlimited with the admission fee. It's definitely a great atmosphere for both the young and old to have a good time. Service was fast and efficient. I shall be back in the future."
"I came here with a girlfriend of mine after getting our nails done for dinner. we were pleasantly surprised to find that they had not only pizza but delicious pasta dishes to choose from and wine! The service was impeccable, server was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very laid-back and makes you feel like you're in a quaint neighborhood Italian spot. I could easily see coming here for date night also! Nothing too fancy but definitely worth the visit! My husband and I will be going next!"
"Wanted to try this place out. So I took my wife and so to try it out. My wife and I wanted to try the Chicken Fried Steak and my so. Ordered the Ribeye. The chicken fried steaks were so tender and had plenty of gravy. The Ribeye was perfect Mid-well, and it was very tender and juicy. Thanks will be coming back."
"Great restaurant with nice staff! We were gifted chicken skin on the house! Food was good and we liked the idea of being able to play games to win drinks. Would recommend!"
