First of all i couldn't stop talking with my index and middle fingers pressed against my thumb like i was a soprano.Walk into an open floor plan with absolute local vibe, i can tell a lot of the customer lived in building or near by. That's not a bad thing sometimes your neighborhood has beautiful people that like to talk not kick ya out haha. We had the pasta of the day and it blew us away perfect amount of olive oil to pasta, the sausage was chopped in big chunks and the broccoli cooked to perfection hard to do in a pasta in my experience it always come hard and cooks thru during your sitting, thru a little spicy oil over the top and didn't have to bother with the salt... and trust i have a salted pallet good stuff chef!Daughter got the panini and i couldn't help but to take a bite of her sandwich flavors are great cheesy forward with the prosciutto coming in with the tomato right behind, bread was nice and crispy but not a danger to the top of your mouth :). Server was super knowledgeable and didn't mind explaining a couple things to us side note EVOO means extra virgin olive oil haha stop in and have some dinner and a nice cocktail we will be back!

My wife had the Gabrielle;Limoncello, vodka, splash strawberry, fresh juice, proseccoHeavy on the juice, light on the liquor, not much strawberry flavorI ordered the Ormea;Vodka, gin, orange juice, sugar, prosecco (sparkling white) I didn't like mine so she switched with me, but neither was worth the costFor dinner we split the Sporcacciona;Fresh mozzarella, fresh tomato sauce, ham, bacon, sausage, spicy salamiThe sauce was watery, definitely too thin, the ham was too thick for pizza, the pie as a whole was not what I would expect for $18It wasn't bad, but it wasn't greatAlso; only bar seating at 5:00 on a Wednesday but there were 8 empty tables for most of the time we were there because of reservationsService was great, bartender was very friendly and attentive6/10, would probably not come back, probably wouldn't recommend

Wonderful food and atmosphere at Forno 301! The Yelp reviews were all spot on for the food and drink. I enjoyed my Rucola (arugula) salad very much, and everyone in our party enjoyed the food: the Eggplant and Caprese appetizers were a big hit, and as you might expect the wood fired pizza was fantastic. As others have noted, gluten free options are limited to salad (FYI).With all these glowing statements you may wonder: why only 4 stars?Unfortunately the service was a bit off. We never had the chance to try to wood fired bread, and once we placed our order, never saw the server again. Forno was quite empty this afternoon, so it was puzzling. Given all the other great reviews I hope this was just an off day. The food was so good I will return. If the experience improves I will definitely update the review!

I really love this place; every time I come to Phoenix, I have to stop by here. I loved how this business has been successful. For the first time, I decided to try their salad. Oh wow, I was not expecting it to be that delicious. Parking sucks, you park by the Mule leasing office. The restaurant offers 2 hours of free parking, but you must let the waitress know.

Great little find. Ordered a panini, salad and pizza. All food was superb quality. My husband raved about the Italian espressos. Inside looked cozy but decided to sit on the patio and enjoy the weather.

Checked out Forno 301 before a baseball game and really enjoyed the calzone and Rucola salad! Our server had great recommendations and came by often. Overall a cute spot for a date night

This is very close to being back in Italy! Food and flavor is top notch! Had the Quattro Stagioni! Was a 10/10! The Panna Cotta was some of the best I've had in my life! Come on Phoenix I see you!!! I liked they were open late for us night owls. Our waitress was amazing! In the spring and fall I bet it's beautiful to sit Al fresco. Right now in this triple digit heat, you couldn't catch me on their beautiful patio! Vibes were great and saw a lot of couples on dates here. Look forward to coming back!

A friend of mine recommended we come here and try their authentic Italian food....and boy oh boy were they right! We were a crowd of 9 and although I didn't get a picture of everyones dishes, what I did see and hear from the table was pure happiness. YUM! What I got to try:-woodfired cauliflower appetizer 10/10 -bruschetta prosciutto crisp app. 9/10-Sporcacciona pizza 9/10-Panino con tacchino (turkey panini) 8/10-gnocchi with butter and sage 7/10 (it came out room temperature and the sauce is very rich)I will definitely be back and to try more items on the menu. And our server was awesome, very patient and attentive!

If you come here make sure you double check your order and got the right food if not, you will receive the attitude by the OWNER. She will slam the food on your table and side eyes you and say " Did you read the ingredients with the side eyes very rude attitude make me feel like it was my fault and begged her to let me trade the food ?" Excuse me, the server was got me wrong and that's what i got ? Terrible service from the Owner( which i can't believe how can she runs the business) anyway but my server was nice since she has no problem to help me change it. My pizza was very salty, my recommended order without the tomatoes. Would never be back. And plus you have to pay for the parking( ofc it's downtown)

It's been a while since I've eaten at a really good Italian restaurant. The Woodfire pizza, which I forgot to take a picture of was delicious. The dough was perfectly cooked, mainly the issue is it's always overcooked. This was perfect! And the service was on point. Not sure if it was Family , but she definitely knew her menu and service was immediate. Will definitely come back and have a cappuccino again with dessert, but this is definitely going to be a return visit for us.
