The best authentic Filipino option in eado! Consistent food and great service. Hidden gem in a old Gas station right on canal.

My first time to drive thru here. I am Filipino and knew how a dish supposed to taste like. I ordered Tapsilog. Meat is .. it wasn't cut as it should. So chewy! So salty... although Vegetables lumpia and atchara are okay for $16 tho? Too expensive!

I'm not sure who is giving this DELICIOUS food truck anything less than 4-5 stars, but we have thoroughly enjoyed their food more than half a dozen times and continue looking for their location to enjoy it again! Typically when we go we get the skewers platter - we've tried all three types of meat: chicken, beef, and pork. The platter comes with these seriously tasty thin noodles and lumpia. We usually add on an order of 12 lumpia - again we've tried all the options: veggie, pork, and chicken. We also love their garlic fried rice - it's so simple yet so good. The food is always prepared fresh and served hot and all of the employees we've interacted with have been very friendly. We really hope they get a brick and mortar one day so we don't have to drive around to find them! Will add pictures the next time we go!

So happy for this place to be my first review of the new year. This Filipino food truck was everything I wanted it to be and more! The food was flavorful, the portions are huge, and the service was absolutely exceptional. The workers here are so kind and helpful. We tried the kabob platter, tapsilog, and chicken empanadas. My fave was the chicken kabob over pansit and my mom could not get enough of the empanadas! This is also one of the few Filipino places that has lots of chicken options for those of us who don't eat pork, which is so rare to find!! We ended dinner with the leche flan since they were out of the turon, but that leche flan was DELICIOUS!! Can't wait to come back!

Tasty food truck out at Moonstruck Drive In. The eggrolls were really crunchy and flavored nicely. Kabobs were . Delicious. Empanadas were just okay. First night with cold weather!!

F & s was at moonstruck drive in. My first of f & s. Customer service excellent. Ordered empanadas. Mini eggrolls. Turon. Empanadas different. On the good side. But not a kind I crave. Mini eggrolls were very much like I've had. Grade A. Turon. Different. I d n recall plantain. But definitely jackfruit. I did not like the sugar, like candied apple on the turon. It was little but concerning I might break a tooth. I'll try other stuff next time.

Became a fan of this place after frequent ling Moonstruck Drive-In. Everything I have tried I have enjoyed. That includes the empanadas, kabob, lumpia. The portions of rice are huge and everything is savory. Or sweet. Always had pleasant interactions with the staff and they worked as fast as possible given they were often the only option for the moviegoers.

Had a chance to try this delicious Filipino food truck while it was on location at the Bayou City Art Festival and it was gooood. I passed by multiple food trucks that day and the food look good, but when I passed by Fork & Skewers and caught a whiff, I was hooked. Double backed and the owner's daughter was outside taking orders so I inquired about their food truck journey and it was an interesting story. I ordered a platter and some lumpia with the intention on taking some back home for leftovers that night. Well, they did not make it out the park but made it to my belly. I am on a mission now to find this truck again. Canal St, here I come..

We ordered catering from Fork & Skewers for our company event at Cidercade and the food and service were terrific! The empanadas, kabobs, lumpia, and rice were delicious and included options for vegetarians, which is always appreciated. The team was having some issues with the truck but still got to us in plenty of time and were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend as a good lunch/snack option for large groups!

The kabob platter was scrumdiddalyumpscious, and they finally have a permanent location in East Downtown at 3410 Canal St!!! I think they're there mostly on Thursday's to Saturday's. (Pictured is the kamyan platter with kabobs included)
