Forget Me Not

Came here for my friends birthday. Customer service is shit. We were seated at 2. Food arrived at 3:48. And still came out incorrectly. Waitress said there was an issue in the kitchen. No offer from her on how to make up for the wait so I asked to speak to manager. Waitress said ok he'd most likely comp meal like it wasn't a big deal. Male manager came to the table while I was in restroom and told my friend he'd take 40% off bill. When the bill came it was only $5 off the food since the alcohol could not be discounted. Asked to speak with manager again. Female came this time and said that's the best she could do since I only spent $14. Exactly! Since I ordered something inexpensive yall can't even comp $14 for a 2 hr wait. Plus we ordered drinks and hookah. We watched everyone around us arrive after us and leave before. My friend was from out of town and had stuff lined up for the day now everything had to be readjusted. A smartly managed establishment would of definitely comped our meals for the inconvenience.Waitress should not speak on what manager will or won't do if she doesn't know.Food was mediocre. My friend liked her fish. French toast didn't taste like Hennessey. Pros: decor, ambiance, vibe, DJ, hookah, pretty drinks WE gotta do better yall.

Came on a Sunday. I was expecting it to be a better vibing experience but just had dinner with loud music and hookah.Service was great. Food (fried chicken was fried to perfection) was delicious and huge portions. Drinks are overpriced in my opinion.

Walked in to a reservation, which they opened at 11am, they had valet parking, $20 to park on the concrete and $10 to park on the rocks. Was seated up in the left hand corner. They were still setting up, the DJ was slow into getting the crowd moving. It was more R&b until about 1-130pm. Ordered mimosas towers 3, do know the price of it, and we also ordered food around the table. I ordered oxtail and grits which took extra 30 minutes. Everything was good, great time, recommend to reserve online ahead of going with I believe it's free. Don't quote me! It was a fun vibe. Heard they give you two hours to be there. They were really nice to us! We was there for about 3 hours! I recommend! Food 7/10(I waited 30 minutes and everyone had their food) 8/10 experience 8/10 drinks

We were looking for a place with good food to eat during our stay in Houston and we found it! This restaurant definitely had a vibe! A live DJ playing good music that had everyone in an upbeat mood! We dined for brunch and the food was delicious! Make sure you purchase a mimosa tower. There are several flavors and you can't go wrong with either one! The service was a tad bit slow but understandable due to the business of the restaurant. We were hungry but wasn't in a rush. Even still, I would definitely return again upon my next visit. Definitely a forget me not!

I think overall Forget Me Not is such a cute vibe place. If you're looking for a good time during brunch time, it is a place to go! The servers are so nice and sweet. The food was honestly very simple. Nothing too extravagant about it. The chicken wings was a 3/5 but needed for flavor. The grits and catfish was a 3/5.

I'm not a fan of restaurants that charge patrons to park especially when you still have to park your own car. Drinks were also overpriced. My food was simply okay; I ordered the salmon. I did like the Saturday night vibe tho, the djs were good.

The service was phenomenal. I spoke with the waitress about my friends birthday and her family passing last month so she didnt have a chance to celebrate The waitress abliged us with icecream. I thought you get bread pudding for free. I dont know who told me that or why I thought that. However there is a charge so only the icecream was free. My friend ordered herself the redvelvet cake. They went all out and sung happy birthday though with the big sign and the sparklers. However I think they should have gave and and just gave her the slice of cake after I shared her personal story and based on our collective order amount. The atmosphere was amazing you must take photos here. The waitstaff took group photos which was sweet. I ordered the blackened catfish and mac and cheese it was good but i must still give it a 7/10 it was too light idk i just wished I ordered the oxtails it wasn't great to me. i was being cheap because the oxtails was $5 more. But the oxtails or gumbo was what i truly wanted to order. My friend order the oxtails though and rice and added asparagus it was amazing 10/10. She also ordered the seafood eggrolls they was initially fresh and amazing 10/10. I ordered some to bring home but because it wasn't as fresh when I brought them home they didnt have the amazing taste . Our other party ordered the spinach dip 7/10 due to the chips they was hard I suppose. The parking was $10 my friend paid I unfortunately chanced it by parking in the neighborhood and walked lets just say Im not mad at my decision. However I do suggest people pay the $10 to prevent you sweating breaking a heel being late or anything happening on your walk. Also your car getting towed robbed ticketed anything. We all payed separate bills so they tabulated separate gradituity and tip. I didnt tip beyond the gradituity my graditudity was almost $10 because both members of my party tipped plus payed their gradituity. And one tipped well plus the gradituity. I felt I was good . I forgot to take a photo of my catfish because I got blacked it looked emty on the plate i think if you get blackened you should get a free bed of rice or something. I wasnt fulfilled thats why i gave it 7/10. I didnt give it a 5 star because 2 situations that could have been handled better. And dry chipped paint on my hands because of my weight and the heels I actually hold the handrail. I felt we spent enough around ($200 )collectively more or less to just throw in the free cake after this misunderstanding and me sharing her story about her not being able to celebrate and why but buisness isn't charity however i would have made that happen . The second situation was I asked the door guy outside to help take us a photo or me one he was reluctanted and my friend and i had to place our food (to go bags ) down just to take the photo to not pressure him. Afterall its not his job discrimination so he dont have to do stuff like that.So I felt with those two situations the staff not wrong however I would have handled those situations differently

The food was great, Service was great, great atmosphere. My friends and I had a blast!!! Will be going back soon.

My date and I went to Forget Me Not on the Saturday of Valentine's Day weekend. I flew into Houston to see a once-in-a-lifetime R&B concert that featured nineteen classic acts from the 80s and 90s and got my heart broken due to the concert's cancellation. Therefore, I decided to go to Forget Me Not to see R&B singer Lloyd perform there. Parking in the main parking lot and valet costs 20.00 and 40.00, respectively. However, we parked in the grass field across the street, a short walk to the venue. Security and staff were professional and welcoming upon entry. Forget Me Not is a nice-sized club with upstairs and downstairs with sections all abound. There are so many sections that we wondered how Lloyd would perform because there's no stage or performing area. Lloyd would have had to stand on a couch or in the DJ booth to perform. What makes Forget Me Not memorable is the aesthetics. The nightclub/restaurant has a beautiful flower-covered wall, and beautiful photo opportunities are all over the club. My date and I took several pictures, and a photographer took photos of us, too. After the photographer took our pictures, a lady brought us four photogenic framed pictures, and my date and I had the arduous task of selecting the one we wanted. We agreed on the winner, and the picture and the nice frame provided excellent value at 20.00. Afterward, I asked the lady to have the photographer e-mail me a digital copy, and she took a photo of the picture we selected, and the photographer emailed me a copy. The venue was cramped and packed because unless you had a section, there was not much open space to stand. Fortunately, the staff allowed everyone with a wristband to go upstairs, so we went upstairs and had an excellent balcony view of the DJ and Lloyd and fellow singer Sammy when they arrived. The DJ played great music from the past and present, and I felt he did an excellent job of keeping the party going. My date and I left before Lloyd performed a ridiculous 20 minutes before the club closed. However, in LLoyd's defense, he wouldn't have been able to bring a live band or perform to his capacity ( Lloyd puts on an excellent live show) due to Forget Me Not not having a designated performance area. Forget Me Not chose the right name because you can have an unforgettable time and create unforgettable memories if you take photos there. I had not seen the flower wall beforehand, nor had my date. However, our outfits matched the wall perfectly, and we may be a match for each other for a lifetime. I highly recommend Forget Me Not. We enjoyed ourselves, took beautiful photos, and indulged in timeless music. I suggest you come photo-ready to capture some unforgettable pictures of your own.

The vibes, the music, the service, the servers, mine in particular Kennedy! WOW 10/10 I'm definitely glad that I did not go off the reviews because let me tell you my experience was complete opposite and when I tell you I'm normally a homebody so when I visited this spot I was so impressed I didn't want to leave, the later it get the liver it is and I loveeee it and can't wait to come back the food was also great and that "Forget me Not" drink! I had 2 yes maaaaaam‼ definitely will be returning and bringing the crew !
