FOB Poke Bar is a delicious poke spot with a couple of locations throughout Seattle. They have unlimited toppings to choose from and I like the FOB rice, which is coconut and green tea infused jasmine rice. They also don't skim on your portions and really pack the bowl up, which is always a plus in my book. This location is right in downtown, so parking can be difficult. It's best if you can drop someone off to order your poke bowl. If you live nearby though, I would be doing multiple visits throughout the month!

I went here and got to go with my sister. We built our own bowls; a large for me and regular for her. Interestingly, they came in the same size bowl, and both were packed full. Just by glancing at them, you wouldn't know which was the large and which was the regular. For my proteins, I did the salmon, scallop, and spam. The salmon and scallop both tasted nice and fresh. The spam was cubed up from the can with no seasoning and not fried. It was very off-putting, and I ended up taking it out of my bowl.Overall, it was an okay poke bowl, but I don't think I'd go back.

Came during a weekday and they were doing some kind of sushi bar, pay by weight lunch special. It was actually a pretty good deal even if it was sushi instead of poke. They had a decent variety and I was able to fill a tray and eat a bunch of different sushi for about $10. The servers were constantly restocking and were able to answer questions. The ambiance felt very busy and more geared for take out as there's not too many spots to eat in.

I really enjoyed my build-your-own bowl from here! I ordered the 3 protein and got Sear ahi tuna, shrimp and spicy tuna mash. Loaded it up with other toppings and sauce. It was delicious and convenient. The staff had it all set for me when I got there and they had cutlery and soy sauce off to the side, which I needed since I was going back to a hotel. Easy, Fast and Delicious. What's not to love!?!There did look to be plenty of seating, but I went on to grab a boba on my way back to my hotel

Great value for the price! Very quick service, friendly staff, and quality ingredients. Straightforward and personalize-able menu to fit every individual's preference.I got a large bowl (3 proteins for $16.99) with salmon, yellowtail, and ahi tuna. Unlimited and free toppings (except the +0.50 avocado), which can really make the bowl heavy and worthwhile. I like adding chickpeas, broiled tofu, tamagoyaki, edamame, and (spicy) crabmeat for extra protein. I try to finish all the fish, leaving the tasty rice x toppings mixture as the perfect base for my next meal.

Huge portions and delicious food! Seriously, this place is such a great value for what you pay. I got the medium bowl and still couldn't finish. The meat is tender and they load it up with plenty of fresh veggies and whatever other ingredients you request.

FOB Poke Bar has a few locations across Seattle and the Eastside with this one in the Belltown area. They have a decent amount of tables and seating inside. You can really customize your bowl here with the variety of bases, mix-ins, proteins, toppings, and sauces that they offer.I got the regular with 2 scoops ($13.99) with tuna and salmon on a base of white rice. They have a decent amount of mix-ins and you can also add unlimited toppings. The poke bowl didn't have a ton of fish (just one small scoop each) but the toppings were enough to make for a good portion. It was flavorful even on top of the sauces that I added. The bowl was very filling and the couple times that I've been to FOB Poke Bar I've left pretty full and satisfied with what I got. I wish they included more fish in the scoops but I guess they make up for it with their abundant toppings.

I was told this is the best poke place in Seattle and was that true? YES.The sashimi practically melts in your mouth. Their signature FOB rice is very unique and a good healthy option. Speaking of options, there are too many of them! You can easily get overwhelmed but there is really no other place that gives you so much quality options for an affordable price. The only downside is that it's not a very comfortable shop. It's tucked away in a busy street under scaffolds, and it's humid hot inside.

Great value with fresh/healthy options and large portions. You get unlimited toppings which really gives you a lot of options for customization. It's 13.99 for 2 scoops of protein with cooked protein options as well. Service is really fast and straight forward as you just go through the bar and pay at the end. It does seem like they have a lot of online orders which they go through in between the walk in customers. Trust the other reviews and definitely check this place out.

I went to FOB Poke Bar for the first time with one of my friends who loves it, and understandably so. We went on a weekday evening, and it wasn't too busy so we were able to order and get our poke almost immediately. I thought all the employees were nice and efficient, and I was impressed that they could hear my friend and me both ordering at the same time and remember what toppings we respectively wanted. The menu is incredibly expansive, and although I don't have any dietary restrictions, I appreciated how there were so many vegan and vegetarian options. It's also a great place for new people to venture into seafood because they have cooked protein options. Unless there is a price next to something on the menu, it's complimentary. I loved how tofu, usually counted as one protein that you pay for, was a complimentary topping. For my poke, I got a half & half base of FOB rice and quinoa and couscous, most of the mix ins, a few of the sauces, two proteins, and most of the complimentary toppings. For the amount of food you get, the price point is amazing. There are a few tables and chairs for seating inside, and it's a pretty casual atmosphere. You bus your own food, and they have utensils and napkins on a counter nearby. I'd definitely come here again, just for the poke.
