Flower & Cream - River Oaks

Located in river oaks, flower & cream has a variety of flavours for every palette. This kids scoop of the biscoff cookie WAS AMAZING and probably some of the best ice cream ive ever had! The service was quick and easy and this location is super cute! In a very walkable area.

They have so many appetizing flavors, it was difficult to make a selection. So cool that they have colorful flavored cones as well. My husband and I got pistachio baklava on a waffle cone and midnight vanilla cone, respectively, and my mom chose toffee coffee cake on a lavender cone. We all LOVED our ice cream. Service was friendly and prompt. The only downside was that navigation told us to turn into the place via Dunlavy, but the road its on, which is perpendicular to Dunlavy, is one way only and says Do Not Enter. Would definitely come back to try so many other ice cream flavor and cone combos.

They have a yummy variety of flavors of ice cream and waffle cones! We ordered raspberry tres leches, honey roasted strawberry, and chocolate brownie.The place is super chic , attractive, and posh right in the middle of a new plaza in River Oaks. The young staff is ready to serve and help you with your decision! They have us samples! Thank you!

Came here for dessert after dinner at Pastore. After several samples our group ended up with the peppermint chip, cereal milk oreo, toffee coffee cake and rainbow cake. All the flavors I tried were delicious. Only complaint would be that it was 40 degrees when we went and I would have loved to have been standing indoors instead of at a window. Great addition to the neighborhood.

Walk-up ice cream counter, some seating across the street at the park. The ice cream was rich and flavorful. The woman working let me try some of the flavors before choosing and decided to get the Chocolate brownie and Cereal Milk Oreo.

Excellent ice cream. Super creamy. Very high quality. We tried the piña colada, brownie, honey rose, vanilla, and strawberry. Everything tasted great. No seating, because it's just service at the window. They happily gave samples.

The variety of flavors and their seasonal are the best! There's no sitting at this location but there are benches across the store that you can use if you want to enjoy your ice cream.

Delicious Honey Rose ice cream! They allow samples which is a perk! I tried the vegan piña colada and it was delicious as well. Very stylish & delicious dessert stop. Service is great too! There is an outdoor field seating across the ice cream shop for a nice date night/group hangout.

This place is a super cute, walk up ice cream shop in River Oaks. They have a lot of fun flavors and flavored cones. I got the rainbow cake ice cream in the birthday cake cone. The ice cream was really good, but the cone tasted like any other waffle cone. The woman working also didn't really seem like she wanted to be there.Overall, I would come back here again and definitely try one of the other interesting flavors, but would probably not pay extra for a flavored cone again.
