Floramo's Restaurants - Malden

1 st The bead was soft and fresh ( to die for) salad crunchy and fresh . I had the boneless chx and ribs smothered in a ton of bbq sauce. My wife had the meatloaf w/ mashpotatoes . Pass on there potatoes. There horrible Discolored I would not recommend either dish. I took 3 bites I already need TUMS. I CAN STRONGLY RECOMMEND BREAD.We came from south shore.. we watched the TV show fantom gourmet, they raved about this place. I won't be using there recommendations Amy more.. the way you see the pics is the way we left.. the service and atmosphere was great !! We did have good time playing keno..

As someone who grew up eating at the original Chelsea location of Floramo's, I was thrilled to discover that they had relocated to Malden. And I am pleased to say that the quality of their food has not diminished in the slightest.My absolute favorite dish is their ribs. The meat is cooked to perfection and falls right off the bone with every bite. The seasoning is spot on, not too overwhelming but still flavorful enough to satisfy even the most discerning palate. This is the kind of dish that is so good, you'll find yourself picking at the bones long after you've eaten your fill.Their steak tips are equally delicious. The meat is tender and juicy, bursting with flavor in every bite. The seasoning is again spot on, perfectly balancing the saltiness with just the right amount of sweetness.In addition to their standout meat dishes, the sides are also noteworthy. The mashed potatoes are fluffy and buttery, the perfect complement to any main dish. The cornbread is moist and crumbly, with a hint of sweetness that will leave you craving more.And let's not forget about the service. The staff at Floramo's are friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in the door. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the perfect place for a family dinner or a date night.Floramo's is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious food in a warm and welcoming environment. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough.

Coupon landed at my house today. I think they're deserved of a second chance to live up to their and our expectations. I'll try Wakefield now, their new location. Formally "Dockside". I'll bring some other Yelp Elite Squad Team members and they'll all write their own reviews. Let's hope the results are positive as they should be.

I drove by restaurant in Malden to find it not open. I don't know what's happened. Great steak tips great reputation for many years. Good bar and nice atmosphere with no frills. Originally from Chelsea but now in Malden and Wakefield. Call first. IDK what's going on. It would be a huge loss if they close.

After watching a segment on Phantom Gormet I knew I wanted to come and try the steak tips that they said was out of this world.My wife and I arrived for lunch and got right in. For an appetizer we ordered garlic bread, I ordered the lunch portion steak tips, cooked medium and Mashed potatoes, and my wife ordered a chicken parm sub and French fries. When the order arrived everything came together, the app and main courses. My steak tips were slightly over cooked, barely any pink in the center, but they were very tender with a great flavor. The Mashed potatoes were home made but were rather bland. Barely any flavor at all.My wife's chicken parm sub was rather sad. Frozen chicken cutlets fried not to a crisp but to a mush. The sauce and cheese were good but the roll wasn't even toasted. It came with fries that could have used more time in the fryerThe wait staff were walking all over the place, just not stopping at our table. We were never looked in on, asked if we needed drinks, but would appear out of nowhere with an "excuse me" to take a plate. Polite but scarce.All in all I would return for more steak tips but my wife said she would definitely get something different. Hopefully the staff will be more attentive

The food was not good. Service was good but I'd never go back to eat. Was edible when in Chelsea, the Malden Location was gross

I have been to Floramo's in Chelsea previously and wanted to try their new Malden location. I was very excited and waited no more than 10-15 minutes for my table during peak Saturday dinner time. I ordered the Steak Tips and 1/2 Rack Ribs, this comes with a Salad and Potato, Rice or Pasta. I was asked what kind of dressing and Potato/Rice/Pasta I wanted, I requested Cesar with Mashed Potatoes. The food was quick to arrive at the table starting with some complimentary bread and butter. Food was delicious and on par with the Chelsea location. Portions are generous as always! It came time to pay and when I saw my check, I was a bit confused. My check stated $25.45 when the online price was $23.95. I asked my server about the price discrepancy and was informed that he had given me a "Small Salad" rather than the one included with the meal. He said he forgot to tell me when I ordered that theres a $1.50 price difference. It was eventually corrected. Please check your bills before you pay! Don't get overcharged for secret charges you didn' t agree to! The food is what brought it up from a 1 star experience to 2 stars.

As you could see from the business owners response of take care that they didn't really care when anybody thought. This is why they are now closed. OK you take care.Again, so professional let's see how your new location works out. If the management is still you, it's going to be a sad day. It was a family owned company for years. That was well respected. I'm sure they're proud of you. Take carePerhaps it will open in Wakefield oh no that's right that's closed too.. two locations closed within a year. I guess my review was pretty spot on.

I have been a customer for years. They are truly a gem. Staff and food are always top notch, and their atmosphere is fun and relaxed. I have yet to come across another restaurant that can replicate such a winning formula. The community misses them and they have countless loyal customers. We all hope they return soon.
