If you want a DELICIOUS Cuban sandwich, look no further!Their menu looked amazing but the Cuban Flatbread was calling to me. Pulled pork, ham, cheese, mustard, and pickle goodness? Yes please. Each bite was heaven. Both sandwiches were made to order. They were served piping hot and the staff were so friendly! If I see then out and about again I'll definitely be stopping!

This is a food truck favorite of mine! I've ordered this a few times at this point and I'm never disappointed. The flavors are perfect and the staff are so nice. Prepare to make a mess though because the portion size is huge for a flatbread (not complaining ).

I came across Flattz by chance and am always willing to try food from a food truck I've not been to before. It didn't wow me. The menu sounded good, but the delivery didn't match. I suppose since I didn't order a flatbread anything on my first visit, that might be the issue. I mean, why stop at a flatbread truck if you're going to order mac n' cheese, which decidedly is the last thing you'd expect served on flatbread. The Mac n Cheese sounded interesting -- smoked gouda with bacon and a chocolate drizzle. What could be wrong with that? Gouda? Bacon? Chocolate? It's no weirder a combo than you'd find at the fair. It was overrated. It turns out the slight drizzle of chocolate was the only real flavor at all. The bacon was crisp, but the mac and cheese was nearly a mushy-mess and would probably have held the shape of the cup if I'd turned it upside down. They redeemed themselves with the flatbread choices on my second visit. The prosciutto and arugula was good. The saltiness of the prosciutto offset by the slight balsamic vinegar and the creaminess of the cheeses made for a great meal. The flatbread was too thick for my liking, but it didn't keep me from eating it.The orders take a slight bit of time, but not unmanageable, giving a hint of food made fresh. Overall, skip non flatbread choices and go for the signature stuff.

The best flatbread I have had anywhere hands down and I have been all over! If you have never tried flattz food truck, please do yourself the favor of tantalizing your taste buds. The truffle chicken is absolutely mood changing. Think gloomy grumpy day turned into smiles and sunshine after one bite. Just being honest! I literally find them every other week wherever they are and grab a truffle chicken. The chef Mr. Hudson is friendly and has never provided anything but great customer service to my fiancé and I.

Liked this food truck! I tried their Chicken Kung Wow flat bread and was super impressed with the balanced flavor combination. Had been a bit worried based on previous reviews that it would be too sweet due to the hoisin, but it was just right with the spiced grilled chicken and the crunchy cashews. Also had to try their Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese side. Yum! Creamy with a perfect topping of bacon and green onions, but what really made it was the drizzle of a honey balsamic. Mmmmm!Others who ordered the Southwest Chicken Flat Bread were happy. I heard a complaint about the Full Monty that mustard wasn't in the description, but hers was full of mustard. Not the surprise she wanted.Prices are in the ten dollar range for flat breads, seven for the mac n cheese side. Some thought it was high for what they got, but personally I got two lunches out of my two items. Can definitely recommend what I ordered!

CUBAN SAMMY... HOLY HELL, GET IN MY MOUTH NOW!!!This sandwich is to freaking die for.... I should stop here, right? NOPE! The pork is thin sliced, super flavorful, melt in your mouth yuminess! The pickles are spot on. The gooey cheese is fantabulous, yes, that's a word! Now let me tell you, this rivals ANY Cuban sandwich that you will ever have in Miami! Mark my words, they know their stuff... This has to be in my top 3 must follow/go food trucks... that says a lot!! I am so happy at this time, I'm having a hard time explaining all the happiness that I am feeling!

I stopped by Flattz Signature Flat Breads at the Frontier food truck rodeo and I ordered a flatbread with prosciutto, arugula flatbread that also had mozzarella and tomatoes(I believe). Normally I like all of these ingredients, but I wasn't wowed with the flavors or the flatbread itself. Something tasted different with this flatbread sandwich than the prosciutto and mozzarella I buy at the grocery store, so I was slightly disappointed with my experience at this food truck.

Showed up early, was set up and ready to go on time. Always a plus when you're starving.Number of items on the menu is small but the choices are very diverse. Ordered the "Full Monty" and was not disappointed. You might not think these ingredients would go together, but I promise you ... they do!(Description Per The Menu - "Chef's take on traditional monte Cristo. Naan bread soaked in a savory egg mixture, loaded with ham, turkey, and four cheeses. Pan fried to a golden brown, then dusted with powdered sugar and served with jalapeño cranberry jam")Portion size was generous. Presentation was great. Tony was a rock star, great service.Would highly recommend!

The grown up grilled cheese is one of the worst sandwiches I have ever had. It tastes like plastic and nothing else. Would be good with a different sauce. :)Also, get the blonde girl off the truck. When I AM PAYING you for food, give me what I ask for. When I ask for a side of balsamic, don't tell me that it won't be good with what I ordered. Let me decide that for myself. When I asked again when she practically threw my food at me, she rolled her eyes and told me it would be fifty cents. Don't recommend this truck if she is working and won't be back for a long while.Update: Went back and paid my 50 cents so that I didn't have to pay for another meal. Got the balsamic and it was delicious with my sandwich! Don't say something isn't good that you don't know anything about. :)
