Flask Cocktail Bar

Calm, cool, collected- this is how I would describe this small but intimate bar in Brier Creek. Flask has been on my radar since they were mentioned for best cocktail bar in Raleigh magazine. I sat at the bar with a GF who loves mixology and enjoys a good craft cocktail. After making our selections, we were impressed by the spirits and ingredients used to make our cocktails. We appreciated how knowledgeable the bartender was and how much we both enjoyed our cocktails. We paired our drinks with a pizza (made by V pizza which is adjacent/connected to the bar) that was just as good as the drinks were! It's patio season, so some folks were sitting outside which is a nice option this time of year!

Cute craft bar with great food options...My friend wanted to check this place out since she recently moved to the area and I decided to join her and I'm glad I did. The bar inside is small, but makes for a more intimate and cozy experience. There's also a large patio, but it was raining the day that we visited. There's also plenty of parking since it's in a shopping center. When we entered there was only 2 other patrons in the bar and we decided to sit at the bar. We were greeted immediately and handed menus. There was a cocktail menu as well as a food menu from V Pizza.The drinks were delicious and perfect! The bartenders were great at their jobs. For food, we ordered a Buffalo Chicken Pizza to share and I ordered an Italian Salad with the Balsamic dressing....both were DELICIOUS!!! I will definitely be back! Great food, drinks, and service!

I cannot believe I did not know that this hidden gem has been in my neighborhood for the past 3+ years!! Their cocktails are to-die-for! You can order pizza from Vs while enjoying your cocktail at Flask. I absolutely love for their red sangria that has Grand Mariner in it. Get the Hawaiian wings and the pizza!!

Awesome service and a wide variety of yummy cocktails! Plus, they're attached to V Pizzeria so if you're hungry you can grab some good food to go with your drinks. Rico is the best bartender. Very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. He never left us wanting. Every drink I tried was delicious. I look forward to going back to try some other cocktails on their menu. The First Impression was a fun drink made with charcoal powder. It's pretty to look at because it sparkles but it also tastes good. Give it a try!

I'm so glad to have a local and lovely cocktail bat within walking distance of my home! Flask is tucked away in a strip mall across from Planet Fitness and attached to V Pizza. I walked in and was not so warmly greeted by the bartender, but he made me an amazing cocktail in the Ben Smashed. Ben is a whiskey base with a hint of peach and mint all muddled together for a refreshing cocktail. It's just the right hint of sweet and savory. I could definitely have a couple more, but I stopped at one. Absolutely loving their outdoor space filled with tables and umbrellas. It was such a wonderful night to sit and read as the sun went down. I can see coming here again and trying another cocktail. Hopefully, the bartender will be warmer next time?!?

We parked in the parking lot and it took us a quick second to find it. Cozy bar cute and high top seating area. We ordered several drinks and pizza. Service was somewhat slow. The drinks were fine. I would have liked to see more options for some of the classics. The drink I wanted Spring Breaker but they had no watermelon. I got a margarita, The God Father. These were nothing spectacular to me. They do have a mock cocktail section. We ate pizza that was serviced through V pizza. I did a review on V pizza, go check that out. We would possibly go back, if in the briar creek area.

Came here for a quick drink and ended up trying the pizza next door and I have no regrets. They have a seasonal drink menu with some pretty catchy names. The service was fast and the space had a cool vibe. Of this place had heaters on the patio they would definitely have a larger crowd. The pizza was great. Stayed basic with pepperoni. I would come back again

There's a new cocktail bar in town Briar Creek! Flask is located within the V Pizza restaurant. It features a full bar with patio seating. The bartenders were very friendly and aimed to please. Seating was plentiful and having the option to have a pizza dinner within feet of you prior to or after cocktails is a luxury. Check out Flask !

The beauty of a bar and a classic cocktail with all the fixings of an absolutely fabulous pizza joint. Flask is cozy, only about a handful or so of tables, ample bar seating and usually about 2 bartenders but have no fear you will get what you came for. Their cocktail menu was crafted with love, with flavorful seasonal additions, I just love to peruse and find new favorites each time I visit. Did I mention that the entire menu from the adjoining V Pizza is available here? Now you don't have to sacrifice your drink for a slice. If you're looking for a craft cocktail great, they've got it. If you're looking for a beer to go with your pizza and a game of corn hole, they've also got it.The inside of flask is more dimly lit, more chill vibes and a stark contrast to the pizzeria next door - the share a wall and a kitchen but the vibes are very different. They also have a nice outside patio with ample seating and a cute mural wall. Welcome to Raleigh y'all.

Stopped in after Brunch upon a recommendation from a friend. The place was empty upon arrival with a few people arriving here and there during our stay. The drink menu is pretty good..decided to go with the Time and Place cocktail which was a Mezcal and Tequila blended drink. I thought that it was just the right amount of smoky from the mezcaland the heat from the peppercorns and the orange bitters rounded it out perfectly. My friend wanted to try out the wine selection, but it was extremely limited with many out of stock.I think the location of this place is a little hard to find, my GPS had me all over the place originally. Planning to come back with a group in a few weeks, to try the Pizza as well. I think with a little time, more advertisement, and addition of some better wines, this place can be great.
