This is one of the few restaurants the whole family absolutely loves and visits frequently. The food is consistently good, service is great! They treat you like family. I like the Persian decor on the walls and the seating outside is very nice too! They were nice enough to reserve a table for our big group (15 people)! We ordered things family style and they accommodated that. We had chicken Koobideh, beef Koobideh, and lamb shank. Both the Koobideh were very soft and flavorful, the chicken one was slightly better. The lamb shank was so soft and tender! There was no gaminess to it. Everything was mildly spiced, so you could actually enjoy the flavors of the meat, but they had a very nice hot sauce as well, for those that want a little heat. Along with the meats, we had some bread, yogurt sauce (amazing with the kababs), morasa polo and lentil rice. The morasa polo had orange peels, carrots, barberries, and pistachios. Good combination of flavors and paired nicely with the shank. Hopefully next time I can take pictures before we start eating.

Tonight was exceptional. The food was so good that we couldn't stop and left with so many left overs. Great service and the food came out fresh and delicious.

So hard to find Persian food in the triangle but this is the place to be if you have a craving for it. It's a small place but it was as very busy when we were there. Service was efficient despite the full restaurant. The food is the star attraction. Everything we had was excellent - well cooked and well seasoned. The chicken was flavorful and tender as well as the lamb. Save room for dessert! The faloodeh & ice cream were very good! Will definitely be back to sample more on the menu.

We had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant that serves delicious Persian cuisine. I highly recommend trying their steak kebabs, which were absolutely yummy. The best part is that they offer hot tea for free! Just be aware that seating is limited, and service can be slow at times. But trust me, the food is worth the wait.

Delicious and Flavorful Kabobs! The kabobs are perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor in every bite. The menu offers a great variety of options, and the portions are generous. If you're in the area and craving tasty Mediterranean cuisine, Flame Kabob is a good place to visit!

Food was excellent. Chicken kabobs were super tender and perfectly marinated. The yogurt dip that came as an appetizer was delicious as well. Plenty of seating inside the restaurant for the small building size and nice authentic decorations. Service was excellent. The Persian ice cream is a must, it was super creamy and had a great aftertaste of rose water.

We sat at the table minutes after being waited on. "TIME WAS TICKING". The water that was brought to our table was warm. I didn't like what I had ordered, my mom on the other hand said her food was ok. We both agreed to the tzatziki sauce being bland. Let's not forget we sat there while trying to get someone's attention that we never received utensils "TIME WAS TICKING". The service was terrible. And nope never again !

Top shelf Persian kabob stop here in Brier Creek. Loved the Kotlet platter and their yogurt is on another level. Vegetarian wife is usually hard to please and was raving so much about the yogurt and Khoresht-e-Bamyeh (okra simmered in vegan tomato sauce and Persian spices) that she wanted to start telling people right away. So if you are looking for a fun place, complimentary tea, and fabulous Persian food, then this is the way.

This place was a huge joke for takeout. For almost $100, I expected so much more, so much that it felt like a scam. SMALL PORTIONS, OVERPRICED, MEDIOCRE QUALITY.*** Appetizer Deluxe was a measly 3 tablespoons each of eggplant dip and hummus, 3 rolls of dolmeh, and 2 cubes of feta. For a total of $17, you could have just asked me to flush my wallet down the toilet. A children's sized platter at best -- deluxe my a$$!!! *** Khoresht-e-Gormeh-Sabzi stew was in a 12/14oz soup container, which I initially thought was sauce instead. For 2 bits of beef chunks and for a whopping $18, this was the real belly laugh travesty to behold. LOL!!!!!*** They try to make up for portion sizes by adding more salad and bread (of course, the cheaper stuff).*** I love how they try to entice you with a 5% discount on online orders w/ pickup and a free dessert or salad with a minimum order of $50 or $100, but honestly getting either makes up for nothing. Before digging in, my mother asked me how did it taste and I answered I'm not sure because there wasn't enough for me to even get an idea! HA!!!!The only redeeming quality is that they cooked their meats well, especially the koobideh and the kotlet. The joojeh was OK, but a little overcooked.Maybe dining in is better with bigger portions, but holy sh!t did I feel gypped from this place. WOULD 100% AVOID IN THE FUTURE.
