This place used to be great, it was sold and the new owner is an a hole . I ordered a salad and a pizza. The lettuce was brown and the owner came to my house to look at it. He told me that the salad was made fresh in the am but yet the$10 salad lettuce was brown. He told me that our standards were different. I said yes, if you want to eat serve brown lettuce that our standards are different. The owner told me to not order salads from him, I said I WILLL NEVER ORDER FIVE STAR AGAIN!!!Please look at the reviews as it backs up my situation!!!!GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!GO TO SPUKIES!!!

I just ordered a small turkey and cheese sub with mayonnaise. It was $9 and then they expected a tip, so I tipped them a dollar for nothing. Why do we tip on pick up orders now? Anyway, I got a tiny little sandwich with one piece of turkey and no Mayo. I'm not sure if there was even cheese. The lettuce was wilted. I threw it out and I feel so cheated. Never ever ever will I walk in there again.

This is the saddest looking calzone I have ever seen (it's an Italian). The Steak and cheese is worse. So disappointed. I try to keep spending in the neighborhood, but this is just a rip off ...with tip over $50...im suppose to serve this to company? Its embarrassing... It looks like cheesy bread sticks, I'll tell my company to eat before they come over...just lost my business.

First bad food review Ive ever written. Ill say the one and only good thing 1st, the food came fast,other than that the food andb experience was horrible. I ordered i believe 3 to 4 sandwiches and the amount of meat on them was COMICAL , it was the equivalent to having a giant sub with one slice of deli turkey. That was definetly the worst part, but they COMPLETELY disregarded the sandwiches instructions ( no lettuce,tomato, mayo or anything else I may have ordered) . They literally gave me one thin piece of chicken on a giant piece of dry bread. even the small amount of food provided was GROSS.Five Star should be ashamed of themselves, it was a complete ripoff and Id reccomend them to NOONE.Michael.
