Five Guys

I wish I can give Five Guys burger a better rating, similar to the reviews that are framed so proudly on the walls, but I'm simply not a fan of their burgers or fries, especially for the cost. Because of how simple this fast casual meal is, I don't find it worth the heavy price tag. As of August 2023, you can order a cheeseburger and bag of fries for ($11.21 + $6.11) $17.32. Add a drink ($3.01), and you'll be pushing to $20.33. Finally, let's add tax and 15 percent tip because you are feeling generous towards the cashier. Your meal for one person comes out to about $25.31 (assuming tip is after tax). If you take your family of four, you can easily spend over $100 for burger and fries! Holy moly.The burgers lack flavor because the beef patties are purposely not seasoned. What would Chef Gordon Ramsey think? It's simply ground beef that's pressed into a patty and cooked on a flat grill. I do appreciate the taste of beef by itself sometimes, but my burger was really lacking.The french fries came soggy and under-filled. They were seasoned well, but too were too limp for my liking.

Where to begin in this disappointment of a burger chain?A "Little Hamburger", which is probably about 1/4 lb patty was such a letdown. The patty was super thin and completely unseasoned. Not just under seasoned, but not seasoned at all. The only thing giving my burger any flavor were the toppings. I went all the way besides mustard and Mayo. The pickles, grilled onions and grilled mushrooms were a nice touch, and explains why such a small burger has such a high price. But honestly, I don't think they own salt here.The Cajun fries barely had any Cajun seasoning on it. They tasted pretty much the same as the regular fries, as we did a side by side comparison. The fries themselves were pretty good, more on the soft side if that's your liking.My husband took the survey on the receipt and made comments about the under seasoned burger patty and fries. The manager actually him shortly after we left and explained that they do not season their patties. She did offer for us to come back in and have another order of burger and fries, which was very nice of her.Our cashier was a nice guy and happily greeted us. The restaurant was relatively cleaned, seemed well maintained.Overall, I haven't been to a Five Guys in over 10 years and today reminded me of why. Disappointed that it took five guys to make this one below mediocre burger.

Five guys still serves a good product, but at a higher price. A little cheeseburger, a tiny fries, a small drink, plus a small tip came to just shy of $20.00. The burger seems to have shrunk from a while ago, but that may be just me. This used to be my go to place for a dinner with the kids, but I couldn't afford that now. The restaurant was renovated a little while ago and it looks great. Too bad the customers are now missing. Maybe it's time to rethink the pricing.PS pay your staff a little more, so you don't have to ask for a tip at check out. It's really annoying to pay a tip at a fast food restaurant.

consistent cheeseburger and fries. the flavor is delicious. short wait times for ordering and for food. attentive staff.

Not so good, price too high as well. Food tastes basic like a burger I could whip up at home.

Took my mom here for dinner tonight. Never disappointed with this location at five guys. My mom actually ate her entire burger. We love this place. So delicious. They make the best burgers ever. Highly recommend this place especially this location.

I ordered the grilled cheese burger. It was pretty good. I haven't tried Five Guys in over 5 years. I forgot how good it is. The best part of the meal is the Cajun fries.

Food is really good but the customer service is what has me coming back. I always come to this location because it's about 15 mins from my house so on this night i was hungry and stopped by to get food well they made my order incorrectly i got home and called in by the time i got home they were already closing so I spoke with a supervisor named Christian super good guy he told me not to worry to come in the next time and he would make sure I was all taken care of and he did just that I went in and remember exactly who i was and got me together couldn't thank him enough. Thank you christian again

The food quality has gone down hill. The beef patty was flavorless and the buns didn't taste fresh. Lost a customer for life.
