Five Guys

This entire staff needs to be replaced and I would love to hear from corporate regarding this store because they are incompetent rude individuals.. it all started with the fact my bf and I ordered Uber eats and when our delivery driver got to the store the employees told them another driver picked up the order WITHOUT confirming the name and then refused to remake our order and give it to our correct delivery driver she stayed on the phone with us the entire time and tried her best to advocate for us but she told us all the workers ignored her and went to the back and "said" they only spoke Spanish so then we decide to order online and go pick it up so one they didn't want to open the door after I said I already paid for my food I'm picking up so then one ask for my name and I tell her then I ask for the managers name and she goes silent then the other worker she proceeds to start speaking Spanish and goes to the back where I'm assuming the manager is and speaks with him so I ask the same girl again and she just ignores me then the other girl comes back I ask a final time for the managers name and nothing the girl who spoke to the manager in the "back" in front of me starts to say how she "doesn't" speak English so she can't help.. so they're insulting my intelligence at this point and think it's funny so I told them I would take a picture and report them to corporate I asked the third worker for the managers name on the way out and he ignores me as well they all need to be reprimanded as I know five guys doesn't stand for this kind of customer service and I will never be back to another five guys if I don't hear from someone and I will continue to post about this interaction and review everywhere until something happens

I cannot fathom why anyone allies themselves with this place. We ordered two burgers, a large order of seasoned French fries, one milkshake and one fountain drink. The milkshake ordering process was confusing, as it isn't clear which flavours are available and how the mix-in option works. The grilled onions on the burger were simply warm, not truly grilled or sautéed. The French fries, although a generous portion, were over seasoned and inedible beyond a few bites. The hamburger patties were dry and devoid of flavour, very disappointing. The staff were very friendly and the milkshake was decent, yet I see no reason to return.

i really love Five Guys especially their hot dogs. But this establishment doesn't really know what a Five Guy hot dog is. For the.record the buns and hot dogs must be grilled, really grilled like you would in your backyard grill. Every Five Guys I've visited has them grilled. So disappointed that I spent nearly $20 for awful dog, with a drink and fries. Never coming back here until they learn to make a decent Five Guy hot dog. i am going to head to Hat Creek who does grill thei dogs without asking!!!

I have been going here for yrs. definitely good food and consistent. Staff-good also. Bacon burger, fries and coke- $18.30. Seems about $4 too expensive but it will not stop me from eating there. Thanks you...

They have the best hamburgers and fries. They give you soo many fries it's almost enough to share. LolWhen I went They were fast and everyone was nice.

I ordered a double cheeseburger with a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. This is my normal order and I've done this a few times before. Usually the burger and toppings are wrapped in foil and the lettuce is wrapped separately on the side. Tonight because they were being lazy and careless they put the hot burger in the cold lettuce and wrapped it in aluminum foil. Needless to say it was hot and wilted when my food was delivered. Also, my fries tasted as if they were cooked earlier today. They were stale and cold. This completely ruined my night. This will be the last time I order from this location. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Food is good but way too expensive. Ordered a little cheeseburger but they forgot the cheese so we paid over $8 for a small hamburger. Food itself tastes good as always but the portions seem smaller and the prices are way too much for what you're getting.

One of the best burgers around and the Cajun fries are awesome. I would give it 5 stars but it is a little pricey for what it is.

Ordered a burger and fries and they forgot the burger. Paid $25 through postmates for this too and I still have yet to get my refund lol!I will take this down when I am properly reimbursed.

We always love the food BUT $40 for one bacon cheeseburger, one little bacon cheeseburger, one regular fry and 2 regular sodas?!?! That's just insane!
