Five Guys

I am really not sure why this location has lower ratings. I have always had a great customer service experience here. The people working the register are super friendly and super nice. They go out of their way to greet you and make you feel welcome. They are also quite fast and get your food out. I never had a wait.The food is absolutely amazing. The bacon cheeseburger is one of the best burgers in town. Also if you didn't know you can get extra bacon at no extra charge. The burgers are made of water in their fresh ground beef. They are full of flavor and very tasty. What are my favorite places to get a burger sincerely. The fries are really good as well but they're small fries like $3.50 and it can feel like two or three people. I really wish they had a smaller version of that. Because it's so much and you cannot finish it.They also give you a bag to get unlimited peanuts. Again I have always had a great experience at this location. The food is great. The pricing is just right. You cannot go wrong. Do yourself a favor and stop in and get a five guys burgers a chance.

Five Guys sounds like a scene that Barbie filmed last week, but it's also a crap Burger chain.Up in Cypress on FM 1960 on the edge of spring near Willowbrook is this Five Guys which is honestly just as predictably bad as all of the other five guys. I don't understand why anybody really loves this place or these burgers and I can only say that people who don't know Burgers like Five Guys.The burgers themselves aren't the worst in the world, but not far from it... the fries are okay, but the prices are shocking and actual real handmade Burgers - which are the same price or cheaper - and a lot of Houston places are about a hundred and twenty-seven thousand times better. Lankford for example. Makes this taste like dog muck.Employees were pretty nice. Get the fried onions/mushrooms on it, makes it taste a little better.

I got the veggie burger with cheese and large fries. They are pretty generous with the fries so a small size is recommended for a personal serving, they will even warn you that a large is enough for more than two people but I didn't listen and risked it all. They're delicious and I barely scratched the surface with them. The veggie burger was very tasty as well, there's no patty included but they grill all the vegetables to perfection and you're free to add whatever else you like for no extra charge. They also offer milkshakes which are good too. I like the oreo flavor one the best

Yaaayyy!!!! Thank you to the ladies working at Five Guys on 1960 in the Willowbrook area, today, 10/12/19! Shay made my day!!!! She remembered what I wanted and how I wanted it when I walked in. And she exudes the most beautiful smile as she serves up yummy delicious veggies sandwiches with everything/all the way!Thank you Shay for making my Saturday a great one! Psst. I really enjoy a greasy burger once in awhile. Secret pleasure, ya know. We all have one. Bun and all. Well, at least the top bun. Too many carbs with both. Normally, Five Guys is a great spot to get a quick decent burger, greasy or NOT. Normally NOT. But somehow this visit things just fell apart. Literally. Everything. Fell apart. Burger. Bun. And I never eat the bun, even the service was lack luster. Maybe the crew needed a Nascar type pep talk because it was drab and dank as soon as I walked in.Very odd for a Five Guys vibe. The fries were even light. WHAT?! It was just rough all around. So, yeah. I am not so sure that I will be returning to this particular Five Guys. But don't let that stop you from experiencing the chain. I just think it may have been an off day. Let's all hope.

This was AWESOME, my burger tasted like it went from heaven down to my mouth, the fries(which were Cajun)were sooooooo good and crispy, the only downside is that I got no Jalapeños on my burger and I ordered with Jalapeños, but besides the food, I would definitely come back here, way better than your competitors.

This location on 1960 and Cutten NEVER gets the food out on time and makes you wait way past the time promised when ordering ahead. There is zero care or concern on time promised for to-go orders and the employees couldn't care less. Five guys is good but find a different location if you want your food within the time promised or in a timely fashion.

Food was wack and for 5 people 100.00. The veggie burger was depressing. Friendly woman at the counter so I gave a 2. In and out has better burgers.

I had been watching online fast food reviews and remembered this place had awesome fries. My wife wants to go to in & out, but I HATE their garbage fries. The fries at five guys are soooo much better, and the burger is pretty comparable. It may be a little bit expensive- but we went 3 people 3 burgers, 2 drinks, and one regular fry and that fed everyone. Not too bad for $38. AC not quite as comfortable as we'd like, but I think I made a fan of my wife and we'll be back!

Great food every time. Staff are friendly and accommodating. This is our spot, maybe it can be yours too.
