First Watch was absolutely wonderful. The omelettes and coffee are phenomenal. This is my favorite place in Clear Lake for brunch (by far). The servers are always wonderful at First Watch.Marisa took unbelievable care of us today and was professional and super helpful to our group members who had never been to eat here before. The ambiance is relaxing and busy (but not too loud or chaotic). I'll definitely be back here soon.

This place was so good I visited two days in a row! The waffles were fluffy, eggs scrambled well and fresh fruits. I'd recommend skipping the potatoes next time and just getting a side of fresh fruit because they give you some good ones. The French toast was sweetened just enough and tasted delicious. The place is definitely busy so might be hard to get a spot on the weekend but we arrived at 10 and were seating immediately. There is ample parking and service is fast.

I love First Watch but want to make sure the food doesn't lose its great quality so I am leaving feedback. Potatoes - they're either no well cooked or overcooked (burned)Juices - natural juices should not have so much sugar or any added at all Music - I love the tunes they play but was a little bit loud this time around. Overall, the service was speedy and great! I enjoyed the turkey omelette.

First watch is my favorite place to have brunch. The food is amazing and the service is fast with a smile. The inside is very cozy and they also have outdoor dining which I love. Get the lavender spiked lemonade. You'll thank me later.

This is our second location dining at First Watch ( Charleston West Virginia ) & our experience was the same both times, perfect. We were seated promptly & ordered the Roast Beef Havarti sandwich & the Avocado Toast as well as their famous Million Dollar Bacon. Our meals were quickly delivered to us & everything was very, very good. If you're staying in the Houston area and you're heading to the Johnson Space Center give First Watch a try, because you will not be disappointed.

This would not be my choice of breakfast places to go. The wait staff is not smiles and bubbly. They seem to either not like there jobs or are not morning people. The food is ok for sure not the best. It's way overpriced for the quality and amount you get. The place was clean. Floors were swept and tables were wiped down.

Service is fine albeit a little slow. This is a constant across many different First Watch restaurants. So don't come here if you're in a rush. What isn't a constant is the quality of the food. I usually have an okay time where I finish the food at least. Nothing special or exceptional. I come here when I'm in a pinch. Plus Waffle House closed down permanently. But, today was the last time I come here just because the food was so stale. I had ordered a market hash. How is it possible to be stale with food cooked to order? The scrambled eggs don't use freshly cracked eggs anymore (or could just be this location?) It's either a premix or powdered eggs. That's a taste you cannot hide. And it was so dry! Like it had been sitting out where the edges of the egg turn transparent/ rubbery. The potatoes in the hash were varying in doneness. Some under and some over. They tasted of old oil. There were teeny pieces of zucchini and maybe 4 pieces of quartered mushrooms. What I've noticed at First Watch is they skimp on the ingredients. It's always under what you would expect to be a good serving. There was a lot of potatoes though which is fine. Also there are floaters in the water. I highly doubt it's an infused water (with lemon or something), so that just completely turned me off from eating or drinking anything. I still paid for my plate ($14.60) which I did not touch much. But I won't be returning because there are better places out there that are fresher and more affordable.

I ordered the Classic Eggs Benedict, but it was not hot enough when it came out, possibly because they put a cold tomato slice on it. It was also completely flavorless, with no seasoning at all. It appeared that they used ham, instead of Canadian Bacon and the english muffin was too dense, soft and soggy. I would give this dish 1 star, as it was not prepared properly. The people that ordered waffles appeared to be happy. This dish came with a leaf salad, nothing on it???, so I also ordered the side of fried potatoes. Who wants an undressed salad for breakfast??? These potatoes came out much later than the rest of the food. These were very brown on one side and half cooked on the other. Other than this, the service was good, server attentive. I would say I am not a fan of this cafe. Food is edible, but that is about it. I would not suggest it again when going out for breakfast.
