First Watch

I like coming here for their juices. I want to try their donuts but I'm usually too full for it. I got their egg & bacon breakfast with cheese grits. The food was light and good enough to get the job done.

Came here with the fam on a Saturday afternoon. We walked in and was immediately seated and greeted by our smiling server. We ordered ALOT. Here we go:Drinks: Their orange juice always tastes very fresh. We also ordered the new watermelon juice, which was very good! I ordered the hot coffee originally, but it is very strong. I tend to like Colombian coffee, but it was even stronger than that. I then ordered the salted caramel/Honey iced coffee and it was OK. It tastes very milky but flavorful.Food: my go to is always their million dollar bacon. It's actually really delicious. We also ordered the bacon cornbread which was phenomenal!! That is a must try!!My mom ordered the white omelette with sliced tomatoes. She said it was OK, not enough food for the price. Veryyy light. I ordered the tostadas I think? FIRE. SO GOOD. My only complaint is that it had just a little too much cheese. It was slightly overpowering, but the fruit with Tajin was great.My boyfriend ordered the traditional breakfast and he said it was straight.Overall, this is definitely are go to spot. The atmosphere is always filled with families and all generations. Great place to meet up with friends as it's lively and clean. Overall 10/10.

I HAD IT MY WAY!!! I've dined at First Watch in the Fairfield Cypress area in the past and it was a horrible dining experience. I absolutely hated it! However, my son suggested this particular location to have breakfast, since our family had been up late toiling over the lost of a loved one. I was highly skeptical about it, but decided to be a team player and not make so much of a fuss. I sure am pleased with myself for giving them a try, especially since they're in my neck of the woods. Customer service was great! The hostess and the host that greeted us at the door were highly welcoming. They opened the doors for us as we walked up and greeted us with such beautiful warm and welcoming smiles! If you know me well, then you know that I love the "Royal Treatment" when I'm about to spend my money in any establishment. It's not necessary, but it's a nice and kind gesture that goes a long way with me. Our server Tesha, was extremely friendly, warm, and welcoming. She was also helpful towards me and my sister as we were having trouble understanding the menu. She suggested the Trifecta breakfast and we both were pleased with her suggestion, especially after we received our food because we enjoyed it to the upmost! The food was absolutely delicious! Everyone enjoyed their breakfast around the table. My son had the Chikichanga breakfast which consisted of cast iron skillet potatoes, fresh fruits, and an egg burrito stuffed with grilled chicken and all sorts of delicious goodness. He tore that food up and did not leave a shred of evidence behind, hahaha!!! My grandson had the chocolate chip pancake with pork bacon and he said it was "the best pancake I've ever had in all of my ten years on planet earth!" Lol he's a funny kid! My sister had the trifecta breakfast with a Belgian waffle, scrambled eggs, and pork bacon. Her waffle came with powdered sugar and creamy butter. She said that it was so yummy especially with the warm syrup that she drizzled on top of her waffle. I had the Trifecta breakfast also with some slight alterations. I asked for sunny side up eggs, turkey sausage, and a Belgian waffle with no sugar, butter on the side, and fresh strawberries on top of my waffle. When I tell you that they accommodated my request without questions, I mean just that. I was thinking to myself, "It's not Burger King, but you still can have it your way!" As a matter of fact, it's better than Burger King! At last, I've found my love! Furthermore, the restaurant was nice and clean. The dining area is spacious and plentiful. There's also outside dining in case the inside becomes overcrowded or if you just want to enjoy breakfast on a beautiful "Sun-Shiny Day." The overall ambience was nice and quiet. However, we arrived early on a Sunday morning around 9:00 am. There were a few early birds already lurking around getting their grub on. It began to get busy around 11:30-12:00 noontime as we were finishing up our meal. The ambience began to slowly grow from silent and peaceful to noisy and boisterous. Overall, this was a highly enjoyable dining experience for us. Customer service was great, the establishment was nice and clean, the ambience was peaceful, and the food was served hot and delicious! I will definitely be gracing this establishment again with my presence! Hopefully, they will keep up the awesomeness because it is so hard to find great quality customer service now-a-days.

Solid breakfast spot ! Nothing fancy just gold old breakfast food . Complementary coffee, good fresh squeezed juice, water in mason jars. Food is good but did need salt which isn't an issue since salt is provided on the table.

Great good. Service was great, never interrupting when I had food in my mouth. Will happily return

The food was delicious and so healthy. Lisa was very prompt. Clean and neat inside what else could you ask for?Maybe they could have some regular sugar options for coffee.

I absolutely love the morning meditation and smoked salmon eggs benedict, to the point that I'm not sure if I've tried anything else there. Servers have always been friendly, as well.

Came here at an hour that I would normally be sleeping. It was very nice to see the place so empty when I got there. We were seated with swiftness and the waitress was very accommodating and responsive. I've always seen First Watch as a modern day "Denny's" and the facility is very well done. Food is always good and well portioned out. I got the Tri-Athlete bowl and it was beautiful and high in protein which left me satisfied at the end. Coffee is practically never ending. The ambiance when I was there was quiet and calming, as if people were still waking up. Good place for modern breakfast.

I usually love first watch, especially this particular one. However I wasn't impressed this time. We went around 10:30 on a Thursday and they were a little busy but they still sat us a little fast. Our server seemed like he was rushing a little bit but he was sweet and attentive as best as he could be. After our food was dropped off he sort of disappeared. My main concern was with the food though. I always get the skillet market hash and it's my favorite. However today, the potatoes were burnt so were the onions and mushrooms. I tried to talk to my server to maybe get another plate but again he seemed busy and was nowhere to be found. The service wasn't as best as usual and I just wish the food was better since I love this place
