First Watch

I placed an online order and was able to pick it up within 10 minutes. I got the sunny Seoul hash and trifecta breakfast. I feel like the portions are relatively small, but the food always hits the spot. The hash was so good with the bits of pork belly and kimchi. Loved topping it off with a sunny side up egg. For the trifecta breakfast, I was able to replace the waffle with the cinnamon chip pancake, which I've been wanting to try. It was delightful, and the cinnamon chips had a nice crunch to them with every bite. The scrambled eggs were a bit overcooked, so next time I'd probably go for a sunny side up egg.

Friendly, Clean, and Yummy. No matter what dish, you won't be disappointed. I had The Works Omelette, and chikichanga. .

This review is based off of 2 visits in the last 1 week. One was during the week and the other on a Sunday morning! Both visits are service was fine; it was pretty standard. The food on our 1st visit was great! Everything was as we asked on the 1st try! However, our 2nd visit was not so much. Idk why people feel as if everyone like parsley and cilantro but I don't and Ive never had it randomly put on my eggs before. So they recooked my eggs which then came out runny. Bacon definitely under cooked. Had to pretty much send my whole plate back. My potatoes were not cooked completely and had to send them back not once but 4 times before they came out right. And I felt bad sending them back but I was very clear i wanted them completely cooked, actually I wanted them over cooked. Looking at the pictures; uou can see the difference. By the time they did come out we were done eating. Honestly the only things i enjoyed this 2nd trip was the juice and avocado. The other person was happy with all their food. Ill take this as a bad day.. idk!

Love the food! The market hash was excellent. Catherin was a great server.Con: they are stingy with their avocado.

Love first watch. Gave three stars because I came here twice on my work trip and both times the service was unwelcoming and a bit unorganized. I frequent first watch in Colorado and I do love the food.

A chill brunch spot! I had a solo date here and the food was great! The decor has a rustic look. My server wasn't the best but she was nice. Overall this game pace worked for what I did and I'd come back!

This is one of our frequent stops for breakfast. The food and drinks are remarkable. The service we received from Catherin was exceptional. Thanks Catherin and First Watch.

This place is like a farmhouse restaurant everything is fresh and seasonal it's the fall time so they rolled out their fabulous pumpkin menu everything pumpkin for pumpkin lovers is amazing you've got to try the kale tonic vodka it's a green juice that they make daily in front of you along with other fresh squeezed juices if you prefer other juices the menus amazing they've got lunch and breakfast traditional brunch and a whole assortment of fabulous one-of-a-kind specialty dishes this is not your grandparents Denny's or IHOP this place is fancy-schmancy

For breakfast I ordered the PARMA HASH. It comes with Two cage-free eggs, seasoned potatoes, Italian sausage, house-roasted Crimini mushrooms, onions and sun-dried tomatoes with melted Parmesan, Mozzarella and fresh herbs. Served with our whole grain artisan toast.I chose to have the cheese on the side and no butter on my toast just to cut down on some calories and the dish was still good without the cheese or the butter on the toast. I would order this again.

Ok so first I want to start with the shrimp and grits. I was so excited considering that I was starving and they were advertising on the photo before you walk in the restaurant. Expectations vs reality were way off. I was expecting some real southern made grits and shrimp. Shrimpy tomato soup. Hardly any grits. Very spicy for no reason. Bread was hard! What I received was more like a tomato soup, the plate was covered in tomatoes and the grits were so soupy and there was hardly any grits and some extra spicy shrimp with all these toppings. Spice does not equate to seasoning!!! The food had absolutely no flavor. Then I got the Hawaiian French toast. You can't smack a pineapple on something and call it "Hawaiian." Overall my server only came to check on us twice, once, to take our order and next to give us the check. I was extremely disappointed and I had such higher expectations. If you like bland spicy food then maybe this is the place for you. But I would definitely think twice before I order the "shrimp and grits."
