First Class Bbq

This lil' hidden bbq gem the chopped beef sandwich is moist and flavorful. The potato salad is the creamiest most delicious I've ever eaten in my life!

the worker named Kenzie is just so sweet and kind and polite and has very good manners best employee they've ever had !

Amazing food, nice people.I enjoyed the experience & as a baked potato connoisseur.... I must say it was definitely one of the best I ever had. I would recommend calling first because some items tend to be sold out when it gets later in the day, especially the potatoes and green beans.

I went and ate here May 3rd The one working the cashier with long blonde hair was a great worker was very polite and respectful. the food was excellent would definitely come back the other female with red-ish hair was on her phone a lot sitting in the corner hiding behind the sides cooler she was not very helpful when I asked for a togo box.

Great brisket. Atmosphere is good enough. Who goes to bbq restaurants for the atmosphere, anyway. I didn't try the bbq sauce, so I have no comment on that. This is my first time at FCB, so I have no opinion on the rest of the menu.

Ask for Bridget she was sweet nice smile and fast service. BBQ is excellent ribs were wonderful and brisket was out of this world tender

Food don't disappoint, ordered one of the house specials Rib sandwich. They didn't skimp on the serving , this sandwich was loaded with meal. Sauce had a flavor and not over spicy.

I'm not sure what the first class part is. I got the one meat one side plate. Meat: moist brisketSide: potato salad. $10 not including drink which was $2.75. They should have asked if I wanted lean or artery clogging fatty rather than the word "moist". Half my meat was inedible fat. Potato salad was okay but nothing to brag about. Only condiments were a few pickles and a sliver of onion. No slice of bread or anything like that. Place is pretty run down BUT they have trophies on display on the floor and a few banners touting their accolades in BBQ cuisine. I don't know, maybe the bar is this dives saving grace. As far as service, the teenager at the register doesn't greet you when you enter and stares at you until you say, "I'm ready to order". Recommendation: by all means if you want brisket, get the lean!

It was First Class! LOL. Good casual BBQ place. Had a brisket / sausage plate. It wasn't until after I ordered I noticed most of their rewards are for pork ribs and chicken! Staff was friendly. Only complaint was the tea glasses were shot glass size by Texas Standards! All in all great food and good spot to stop.

I met a longtime friend at this place due to the good reviews. I read about the great ribs, brisket and mac n cheese so I was really looking forward to it. I ordered the two meat plate with a side. I asked for chicken and ribs with a side of mac n cheese. The lady said they were out of mac n cheese so I asked for the beans and ordered tea as my drink. Our plates came out quick but mine had brisket and chicken. The brisket looked like a blob of fat too. They gave me the ribs and left the brisket. I went to get my unsweetened tea and started looking for sweeteners but didn't see any. I asked the young girl behind the counter where it was and she said they didn't have any at all. What kind of restaurant, especially a bbq place, doesn't have sweeteners? I started to eat the brisket and it really was a blob of fat. I tried to find some good meat and found just a little that was eatable. The bone pulled right out of the ribs and they were very meaty. The chicken and beans were good and tasty which is why I gave the 3 stars. Overall, not impressed and don't feel like it was worth the 40 minute drive. With that said, I'd still like to try the mac n cheese and the ribs and chicken were good but not sure I'll be going back. If you like to sweeten your own tea, better bring your sweetener of your choice.
