The service was bad. Stood at counter 10 minutes while employees chit chatted with one another before one of them finally input my order. There were a total of 3 customers in the restaurant and no one had their food. Ended up waiting 45 minutes for my order and finally gave up and left to go elsewhere.

I live all way in Pattison and so wish there was one closer to me.I always get the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket. mmmMMMMSo anytime I come to Katy I have to have my Firehouse. There have been times I drive to Katy just to get my firehouse. SSSSHHH don't tell my other half, lol.The workers especially the Manager has always been super nice and professional. Go to this location! You would not be disappointed.Any concerns you have with service or food they are right on it. Yes the sandwiches are a little higher than expected, But I swear it is defiantly worth it.Again so wish there was one closer, I would so go more regularly.Keep up the good work and so please don't do like your competitors have done and cut corners or change your menu. They lost my business.Plus the manager was awesome at any times I come in. even on bad days he always changed the day and made it better. very much a professional people person. Don't find that to many times.

I have been craving firehouse subs for days. Funny story, I woke up at 9 am the other morning and had a craving for a hook and ladder. I finally got my sandwich tonight. This location was very clean. Probably the cleanest firehouse subs I've seen. This location also has a drive thru which I thought was really cool. We ate inside but I am more likely to come to this location since there is a drive thru and I wouldn't have to get out my car. Firehouse subs is ALWAYS good no matter which location you go to. I always get the hook and ladder. My husband gets the New York steamer add honey mustard and oil & vinegar. I would recommend you to try it that way too. The rewards program is really good too, you can easily gain rewards and who doesn't like something free every now and then.

My experience here last week was awful we got the chicken sandwich and then we got the hook and ladder and then my friend Ralph we were sick for 24 hours we had we couldn't leave the bathroom and threw up I don't know man this place lost my business I don't recommend this place I'm going to Panera and it was just terrible I can't even express how bad I felt and the food was absolutely Jess it was poison anyway that's my review take it with a grain of salt my name is Bob

The sandwiches were decent. We ordered right off the menu. Inside appears clean but it wasn't packed with people. There was one other patron that came in behind us. There were 3-4 employees behind the counter at the time of our visit. We waited 20 minutes plus for 2 basic sandwiches to be made. Turns out when asked about the wait, they were taking online orders and prioritizing those before actually taking care of walk in orders. Only recommended if you like having your time wasted.

Well don't know how to get what we pay for here. Last 4 times we have done drive through it was all wrong. Why do they ask if you want a pickle and you say yes but don't get one. Why is turkey bacon club without bacon. Thats not what we ordered. Why do you ask and pay for mushrooms on the steak and cheese and don't get mushrooms. Time to move on to a sandwich place that can do something simple like fill the order correctly.

12 people got food poisoning after lunch was catered in to the office. A few had to seek medical help and a couple people had to take off work to recover. The mgr on duty said we couldn't prove it but I'd say it's definitely beyond reasonable doubt lol. Don't get the Italian sub!!
