Always start with the positive. Nice folks behind the counter. The gentleman who looked like the manager did a good job engaging with me, etc.Why I went average on my review.Cleanliness Restroom was in need of a cleaning. Floors were dirtyBack station where make sandwiches was not appealing.In my opinion, what the customer sees is only 20% of how things are done behind the scenes in regards to food they are serving. It's a great location with a lot of potential.Hope they make some adjustments

Service was really slow I ordered a sandwich togo and I've been waiting 15 minutes for the sandwich it's not busy as I'm the only customer in here they are too worried about laughing and giggling aver something on their phones I don't reccomend this location to anyone unless you have an hour to kill for a sub

Like always, firehouse does not disappoint. This location is closest to my house and work so I frequent this location. The subs are always great, I get a hook and ladder on white bread the way it comes. This visit, the soda machine had very limited options, I was annoyed at first, but then this just made me try something I normally wouldn't have. I ended up getting minute made fruit punch. I usually never order a juice from a coke machine but it was oddly refreshing.

Ordered online, the process is very easy.I was able to use my Firehouse Subs points for one of our sandwiches. The Italian is my favorite (without mustard), and they followed the instructions to leave that off the sandwich. Roast beef was the other and my husband was very happy with his choice. Firehouse Subs are our favorite sub...make sure you get the app, you get lots of freebies! My photo is a stock photo, but only because we couldn't wait to eat them!

Fire is right, in that someone will probably get fired when HQ actually reads the reviews here lol.They get one extra star for being so nice, but the bread and ingredients tasted old, the toppings were skimpy (not in a sexy way), and it just didn't taste the way a Firehouse sandwich should. I think Firehouse is going the way of Subway (as in, ugh), if this location is anything to go by. Too much expansion, not enough love and attention to detail. But amazing service.I gave them an extra star for a very nice corporate response though.

Wouldn't let my husband pick my order up without giving trouble. Both sandwiches lacked ingredients- we didn't get our pickle spears. Just not that great tasting at all.

Manager/owner with a bad attitude. The parking lot was full. Yet they had their delivery vehicle parked on 1 of the only 2 spots on front of their shop. I am handicapped and the only spot available was In front was in front of Wild Wings on the complete opposite side of the complex. So my daughter went in and asked them nicely if they could park their delivery vehicle in the back of the store where there is plenty of parking as I was handicapped and we want to place an order for 4 sandwiches. The owner/manager told her very snottily "I don't feel like moving it". Needless to say my daughter and the one customer in the shop at the time was beyond belief at this response. As was the one other employee who you could tell be her face was shocked. Needless to say with this attitude we will NEVER purchase from here again

My visit, a few weeks back, was short of 'good'. I was virtually the only customer at the time, and it was close to 20 minutes before my sandwich was ready. Additionally, the soda machine was out of almost all colas. The employees smiled and seemed nice, but clearly, they were not focused on their customers. The sandwich was good, but I'll probably stick with Jersey Mikes from now on. This particular Firehouse seems more like a Subway.

Today I chose to eat here for lunch, noticed that the sandwich tasted a bit funny and decided to inspect it and unfortunately the sandwiches were moldy. Didn't realize until I ate half of the sandwich.
