Firehouse Subs

Friendly service but SLOW. My receipt says that I placed my order at 12:17. It's now 12:49 and I'm just getting my food. I have been on the road, currently starving, and almost finished my chips before the sandwich was ready. It's not even busy in here. Had I known it would take this long, I would have probably went somewhere else. I'm a frequent Firehouse Subs customer but I probably will not visit this location again.

First time I went to the huntsville location. Shared the delicious steak and cheese with my gf. Her first time coming here and she loves it. Definitely will come back here when I'm in town.

The food is good but they don't always have ready to serve what is advertised. This has been a constant problem with him.

I stopped In today to get one of my favorite sandwiches ( sweet and spicy meatball ) one the best sandwiches they have. I was greeted by Zac And Mike as soon as I entered they made me feel right at home. Great customer service from all employees. Great atmosphere. I definitely will be back. This is definitely my go to place for a great sub.

I love this place. Food is always top notch and the service is over the top. This is one great team here. My favorite is the New York Steamer with a side of Mac and Cheese. The Mac and cheese is so creamy and delicious. Never disappointed here.Thanks so much for all you do for the firefighters and for abgreat lunch everytime we come in.#Station18 Oakhurst

Delicious. Deliciously. Deliciousness! I have not had firehouse subs in maybe three years. However, they only have gotten better. With new sides available for your subs, friendly customer service, and exceptional food... you cannot go wrong with Firehouse Subs!

This is not your ordinary sub shop. This place is special. They've got a great selection of sandwiches to choose from in a variety of sizes. One of my favorite things about their menu are the yummy sides. Four cheese Mac n cheese, chili, and more! The restaurant is clean and easy to navigate. The biggest surprise for me was the employees. They all had great attitudes and were very good at communicating. They are truly a team. They are polite to the customers and to each other! Even their body language is impressive. Another neat thing about this place is that they support local emergency providers. So every time you buy something, you are supporting your local emergency providers. How cool is that?! The food is very good. I had the meatball sub. It was hot and fresh and full of flavor. My wife had the hero sub and was very pleased. The portion sizes are generous. They packaged my to go order very well. No fear of leaks or stains. I highly recommend them. My favorite sandwich shop!

The firehouse subs has messed up my order multiple times. I have called and had my order remade but this time I found a hair baked into my sandwich. This is ridiculous something has got to give. If I could give a negative five star review I would.

Every time I go, I ask for an extra pickle. Every time, I get NO pickles. You would think by me saying EXTRA they would at least put the one that is included in the meal, but no.
