Business hours although i was told at 815 they were closed.
This is supposed to be a turkey and ham sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, etc. None of that is even on here!

Always a win if I can find a place with friendly staff, clean facilities, great parking, and flavorful EATS!!!! This particular location had a fun staff who definitely have an enjoyment for serving each other and those who come to partake in the Subs. I purchased the Cajun Chicken Sub and it was flavorful, tender, and the bread was fresh. Definitely a place to stop for lunch with staff or date. Enjoy!!

I arrived at this establishment btw 8:11 pm and 8:15. I sat at the speaker for a few minutes and no one ever answered. So then I drove to the window and knocked on the window. I was told by the lady that they were close due to being short staff. She said it's only two people here. I said how many people does it take to make sandwich. I also stated to her that I'm aware of them doing this all the time. She said I'm sorry but everything has been shut down. I said okay that's fine. I then asked for her to provide me with the corporate office number or a district managers contact info. I want to see if they're aware of the store setting their own operation hours. She said, hold on one second. She then returns to the window and said, "we can take your order." I said that's funny.

If you are thinking of trying the Firehouse cheese steak because you are feeling like a Philly Cheese Steak don't get it from Firehouse! They boil the flavorless meat! No sautéed onions and green peppers no grill flavor, no caramelized onions or flavor! No grill AT ALL! I got a large and couldn't finish it and nobody wanted it. It looked boiled precooked and tasted absolutely empty. What a disappointment! Very unappetizing!

Last time they messed up my order and it took an additional 10 minutes to get it corrected. I'm sure the people behind me in the drive through were really happy about the wait - it didn't seem to bother the employees as I could hear them laughing and talking about it. I thought. Would give them another try for a quick dinner - 7:45 pm... rude - definitely not the person you want representing your company on the mic. No tea at dinner time? Seriously?This was a big disappointment - so, this will be a bit recommended place for a while. Better management and better employees is a must.Are you serious?! Because of the problems last time I asked twice, please do not toast the sandwich. And guess what? Soggy and toasted. And it's not even my sandwich!!! I can't eat this - total waste of money and the sandwich is going right in the trash! I wish there were no star choices for the rating! How is this place still open?

I gave them 1 star but really I wanted to give half a star. I swear I can never find a fire sub that has everything I want to order. No lettuce first strike No bread, second strike and to top it off no meat balls. I mean what type of sandwich place that does have the food you want.

It's 8:45 pm, on 8/4/23, drove up here from a few miles just to be ignored at the drive thru and then told they are closed. Horrible experience if they're going to close early they need to change their posted hrs... their was also other customers arriving and having to turn away

Called the store 5 times to place an order before I arrived at the location at 8:40pm nobody answered. The man then proceeded to tell me the cut off time was 8:40 so he wasn't making my food although the store closes at 9pm. I understand people want to go home but 20 minutes is more than enough time to make a sandwich. This was very unprofessional and wasn't something I was just going to let slide. DO FUCKING BETTER!!!
