Nice place for meeting a friend for lunch or having a dinner date before or after a movie nearby. I love the location which is right across from a theatre and close to shops.Service is great. There is generally not a wait to be seated.I enjoyed the Caesar Salad and a pineapple martini. For my birthday, there was a delicious surprise dessert I could share with my partner.

We came in and selected a bar table. The tables are not square or even round, they have these curvy shapes, so I like the uniqueness, it's just that you have to kind of figure out where you are going to put everything. But we were sitting at the table for 6 or 7 minutes and nobody came. Finally, I made some eye contact with a staffer and we got going. The inner circle has a NY strip deal with a spicy steakhouse butter and side dish for $19.99. Steak was cooked medium rare as I asked, very juicy with some nice char on it. Great job! The butter was quite good, though I didn't need all of it on the steak, the excess butter actually worked well in the steamed vegetables. The other side was southwest Au Gratin potatoes, a little spicy and super hearty and satisfying. While the service got off a to a rough start, it was more about disorganization in the late afternoon, it's not as if anybody was mean.

I'll just cut to the chase here. I'm disappointed. Some of what we had was good (including the complimentary bread and the desserts), but the entrees in general were disappointing for different reasons. Group of four, with two partners getting the $39.99 three course special and one getting the Firebirds Chicken Pasta. I got the Tomahawk Pork Chop. The three-course special was a good deal price-wise. Choice of soup/salad starter, choice of one of three entrees and then choice from 3 desserts. My partners each had a salad starter - one Caesar and one BLT salad. Each came on a cold plate (nice touch) and were large and very good. The BLT is like a wedge-type (but not with a lettuce heart) and no blue cheese. The garlic ranch dressing that comes with the BLT is very good. The New England clam chowder got a thumbs up. For entrees, I had the Tomahawk Pork Chop ($28.75) and my partners with the three-course each had the grilled salmon/shrimp, subbing mashed potatoes for the grain base. Our fourth had the Firebirds Chicken Pasta ($22.25). Tomahawk Pork Chop - really disappointing. The chop was dried out and tough to chew. And what I received was about half the thickness of the Chop in their advertisement. (I included pics of both below). I'm thinking about the Chop now several hours later and still recalling how tough it was and how it did not look as advertised. The carrots that came with it were good and the steamed vegis on the side were fine.Salmon/Shrimp - shrimp was plump and tender and the salmon was well prepared with a nice sauce. The meal could have been hotter, especially the mashed potatoes. One of my partners said at the end of the meal that normally they eat all their potatoes, but they left a large amount on the plate because they were never hot. The vegis were fine, steamed vegis. Firebirds Chicken Pasta - the verdict here is that the chicken was a bit dry, but not as overcooked as the pasta, which was disappointing. The sauce was good and spiced nicely. Unfortunately, the overcooked pasta was a big negative. For dessert, only two of the three choices that come with the three course meal were available - crème brulee cheesecake and bread pudding (all out of chocolate brownie sundae, which is what both of my partners wanted). The cheesecake was very good, though, and it was accompanied with some strawberry pieces when, eaten with a spoon of cheesecake, made eyes go wide and the person almost moan with delight. The service was pretty good, although I'm not sure if the less-than-hot salmon dish was due to the kitchen or the wait staff letting the plates sit in the warming area too long.

Happy to find my new favorite chain! Our server Brianna was amazing. The high tops in the bar are first come first serve and we sat there. It was warm do. I fire needed but hear the fireplace roars in chilly weather. The perfect "healthy-ish" meal for me was the baked potato and half salad. It was actually the most reasonable costing meal I've had! Yum.

I have been to other Firebirds locations frequently in the past however this was our first time at this location. The restaurant is located in a shopping plaza with multiple other businesses. I found parking in the area but had to walk a little. I made reservations prior to dinner and we were seated when we arrived. Our server was nice and brought us complimentary bread and the drinks that we ordered. For my dinner I ordered the salmon and got mashed potatoes and asparagus with it. The potatoes were good but the portion size did not match the amount of salmon that was provided. The salmon was too salty and the deviled eggs were not good. The egg combination wasn't flavorful and the ingredients did not mesh well together. I would not order them again. Overall the taste of the food lacked at this location.

Firebirds is a excellent choice for a meal. I visited for a late brunch and enjoyed the variety their menu brings. They have creative cocktails and so many dishes to choose from. The service was excellent from staff. When we arrived we were offered the opportunity to choose from the brunch or dinner menu. I adored the neat, creative & clean presentation of our food and cocktails. I ordered the Seasonal craft cocktail Fuego Mojitarita with a jalapeño garnish. It was very flavorful and garnished well. For my meal I had the fried green tomatoes and crab cakes and eggs from the brunch menu. I did not enjoy the fried green tomatoes unfortunately. The crab cakes were huge and the dish was so flavorful. The Potatoes were nice and crispy. Overall a good choice for brunch.

Top notch EVERYTHING! We were taken care of by the wonderful Brad! His services was impeccable... it knew the menu provided recommendations and was on top of everything the entire time! I never had to do for anything twice! He cleaned the table throughout the service like were at a fine dining! The food came out quick and was delicious! The drinks were spot on! We tried the black diamond martini and it was *chefs kiss*! Even our daughters kids meal chicken tenders were good! Everything was so good I had to tell the manager! I didn't catch her name but she was wearing this poppin red lip! So if you want firebirds it's worth the drive to this location ONLY!!

Probably one of the best chain restaurants around. Service is usually great and food is always fantastic. I would recommend the wood fired salmon. Ambiance is wonderful.

Fancy restaurant with good service and decent salads. The salads were really overpriced, tho. I had a salmon salad that was good, pretty big portion, not as filling as one I could get from Bad Daddy's and about twice the price. I'm thankful they let us in late tho, hence the five star review.
