It was a pleasure of introducing my Canadian Chinese colleague to his first BBQ experience: sausage and brisket with sides of beans and watermelon salad. Wish I could have had the salad too, but his was the last serving. Tried ordering Jalapeño Corn spoon bread, but they'd run out. Instead, I had the terrible slaw. Was it supposed to have dressing? Other side was ok potato salad. Sausage was generic but generous helping. Of course brisket was the star of the show: Deliciously smoked and tender.Cannot say much about ambiance: very small space seats 12-16 guests. I was thrilled to find a table for two inside as there were unshaded outdoor tables. With Real Feel temperature approaching 100F, I would have taken my order to my car and cranked the AC to maximum while jamming to FM 107.Service was Texas Friendly: so Amazingly genuine you could cut it with a knife!

So I went in here with some coworkers and customers for a lunch. It was walking distance from their ofc and it was a nice day a little walk is always good. Everyone ordered something different so we had a lot to sample. I went with the stuffed baked potato with pulled pork. It was a mountain of food, the pic will verify that. The pork was very tender and good flavor with little to no sauce added. That's the way I like bbq in general - only add sauce if it needs it. I like a little to dip in, but not covered in it. I want to taste the meat. Anyway, the only negative comment was the meat was in large pieces, not shredded up. Had to do the pulling myself. Another guy had the meatloaf - I know, meatloaf at a bbq joint, but it was good. I tasted anothers sausage and some brisket, and all had good flavor and tender. The hit side was the cabbage. Several had it and it tasted great. There is not a lot of seating and they are currently applying for a beer/wine license. Pricing is average for BBQ - for the 5 of us was around $115 b4 tip. Service was great.

Service was above and beyond! Food is phenomenal. The sampler meal was amazing! Next time will try the quesadilla! Love that they offer samples!Will definitely return any time we are in the area.

The best BBQ in the area hands down! Even if you're not close, it's well worth the drive. The brisket is always flavorful and tender, the sides are unique and delicious, and the desserts are to die for. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu and the staff and owner are super helpful and kind.

FireCraft BBQ " The bear of BBQ "Another Top Houston BBQ spot off my list and you all might as well add this one David and his daughter Savannah are running more than a BBQ joint they've got that place running like well oiled high-end restaurant, David is a culinary-trained chef and it shows. But his daughter Savannah who is the GM was moving and grooving I mean when I tell y'all I was super impressed with her would be an understatement she had everybody on they and I respect that you can see the passion and respect they have for their business. Now when I say David is a culinary-trained chef I mean that y'all know how I am with my "tray shots" and this One starts my year off with a bang because he is doing more than just your average Texas Q.Featured items Pork belly bLT: 9.7/10 cured pork belly with lettuce tomato and mayo this is what I mean when I say The BBQ game is changing and it's definitely for the better.Tri-tip: 10/10 tender juicy packed with flavor this might be an underrated meat that's in BBQ if y'all stop and it's on special get some Grandma's meatloaf: 9.5/10 I mean what the heck getting meatloaf bacon wrapped might I add but it's a top-tier BBQ menu item because I love me some meatloaf.His sides rival Truth BBQ and like the owner of Truth David has the same philosophy of not letting his sides be an afterthought and again you can tell.Southern sidesGarlicky Parmesan cauliflower, squash casserole, Gouda Mac n cheese, candy yams, and Coleslaw. Overall: 100/10one of my longer reviews but I mean the hospitality and love that David and his crew showed me was above and beyond my expectations. I'll leave off with this y'all know my love for BBQ and this was another one of those good "Oh sh**" BBQ experiences I'll say again Savannah you're a rockstar

Excellent food! Some of the best barbecue I've ever tasted. The chef studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and it shows. The service is always friendly & kind. Anytime we have out of town guests, we take them here. One of the best restaurants in the area hands down!

The brisket is definitely their specialty. It is certainly the best brisket I've had so far in Houston. The pork ribs we had were decent, pulled pork was good and the sausage was good. Green beans and potato salad are excellent, and my husband loved the baked beans, but they were a little too sweet for me. It's nice to have a really good barbecue joint locally for us in the Kingwood area. Definitely worth checking out!

In summary, their food is good, but their pos system and the 3% fee is a joke. I surely hope they fix this soon.2 signs by the cash registers state a 3% fee is charged for credit card transactions, but not for cash or debit. Only one problem, it's still charging you for debit, and most customers won't even notice this since the amount is pretty small. When I noticed they charged me after handing them my card and saying I'm paying "with debit", they continued to try to prove me wrong and they didn't seem to know that both of their signs say no fee for debit cards. I had to point this out to the cashier. The review shouldn't be about complaining or their stupid fees, but it is about my experience. They ended up refunding me about 52 cents after I felt like I wasted my time to point out a problem on their end.Word of advice, just come in with cash!!I ordered the loaded potato with moist brisket, then even asked me what type brisket I wanted. The brisket was pretty dry, and I sent a photo of it to my friend and he agreed the brisket looked on the dry side. I just went ahead and ate it anyway since I was hungry. The potato was really good.I added 1/4 lb of sausage. Sausage is $22/lb on the menu, not sure how mine came out to be $7.13. Like I said, watch the prices they charge you like a hawk. Sausage was OK, not great if you're a sausage snob like me.The main reason I want was to try their banana pudding. Turns out they only had a spiced apple & English toffee the day I came. They say pudding is mainly Saturday.

Ran in to grab dinner for the family. The young girl who took and filled my order was nice and helpful with the menu. I can't really say anything good or bad about the this bbq place. The potato salad is mayo heavy, the baked beans are sweet, and the bbq is just eh. It didn't have much flavor. Reviews are subjective, it's all in how the reviewer likes/dislikes it. You may like it, if you like food as described.
