If you are looking for a quick big breakfast, this is the stop. Excellent bacon and eggs. Chicken breast were awesome. Quick and friendly service.

Folks taking the orders and cooking make sure that you have a good lunch or breakfast. The daily specials are terrific.

Nice place to eat. Service is excellent. Very friendly crew. We each had chicken kabob on Greek salad. It looked like it would be too much to eat but kept at it until it was gone. LOLVery well priced. Enjoy!

Directly opposite the State House, this sandwich shop cranks them out at lunch time. I stopped in post-lunch rush and jumped on a pastrami sandwich. A very good portion of pastrami, some provolone cheese and a few tomatoes (yeah, I picked all of that) with a huge portion of fries.A good amount of space with a half dozen two-top tables and another half dozen seats at the counter. Cooler of bottled and can sodas and juices and teas. Service was good.

Folks where do I start. I absolutely love this place went here everyday in my college years. This farther-son team has to be the nicest people around. You walk in the door your treated like family. The food is amazing whether it's breakfast, the infamous homemade chicken salad or the deluxe burger you're in for a treat. Fresh quality, family run. Take a dive in there for take out or a quick meal and you'll be back for years to come.It's been 5 years since I've been back and it's like I never left from the jolly welcome back! To my go to burger!

3.5 stars if I could, don't want to go too low since the people working here are super nice and the sandwiches are sizeable. But neither person working had a mask on. Which didn't occur to me until my sandwich was in the process of being made. That's a big no no these days.

Very nice people, freshly-made food, and great prices but I'm a little confused about what they define as "chicken salad"... I ordered a chicken salad sandwich (another Yelp reviewer mentioned their "infamous homemade chicken salad," which piqued my interest) but it was not chicken salad at all - just shaved chicken with the lettuce & tomato that come on any sandwich. Perhaps this is what is known as chicken salad in some places, but I was surprised that it was just dry shaved chicken without being mixed with celery, mayo, or anything else. It was fresh, but a little dry for my taste (not even any mayo on the bread). Maybe this was just a fluke and the person making the sandwich thought I only ordered a "chicken sandwich" so I'll probably still give them another chance for all the reasons I noted at the beginning, but I won't order this without asking more questions next time.

The prices here are reasonable which is rare in the neighborhood. The food is good and the staff has a snarky, quick witted humor. I enjoy coming in the morning for a quick breakfast and good laugh. During lunch the line can get crazy so use the ritual app or call the order in ahead of time!See you there!

EXcellent small breakfast place. Food was great and price was amazing. For 2 eggs, toast & coffee my bill was $5.45. Yesterday I had breakfast at hotel for $30.Albeit, no wait staff, no buffet BUT wonderful.

Wonderful little restaurant! The food is extremely reasonably priced. The cheeseburger and fries were just $12 and we split it. It was delicious and the people were so friendly. There was even outdoor seating. Overall, a great find!
