Vô mua ly nước nói cho ít đá không đường theo thói quen . Trả Bill ra thấy kì kì. xin receipt thì bị charge 1$ tiền less ice mà không nói khách 1 tiếng nào luôn. Nước thì dở thậm tệ . Chưa thấy chỗ nào mà charge tiền cái kiểu đó luôn. Không bao giờ ghé vô nữa ! Order a drink with less ice and no sugar like how i normally order. The amount come out confused so I ask for the receipt and they charge me 1$ on top for " less ice" without saying anything. I was shock. There are no bubble tea shop charging money for less ice! It's always an option. The drink taste terrible and even without sugar still taste extremely sweet. Never stop by here ever again.

*Located inside Hong Kong City Mall*Nice menu with yummy options however the drinks left something to be desired.We tried the Lychee Sakura Smoothie (with regular boba) and the Salted Plum Kumquat Juice (with crystal boba). I asked if they could make the smoothie with half the sugar but the girl seemed resistant, as if I was the first person to ever ask that. She said it wasn't that sweet. I beg to differ. Both drinks were unbearably sweet. We couldn't finish them. Also, the smoothie had chunks of ice in it while the juice had granules of sugar in it. Not ideal. Friendly and fast service.

Always clean and friendly service! We always stop by when shopping at the Hong Kong market. Boba is great, and they offer many different flavors.

Not sure about all the bad reviews here but I typically come here for their Pennywort and mung beans drink (which is rau má đậu xanh in Vietnamese). This drink is super refreshing and healthy. An another fave is the Strawberry mango smoothie which is blended from fresh fruits! We didn't have to wait too long for the drinks either ~ it only took them 5 minutes to get all the drinks ready.

I go here for their avocado smoothies. Their avocado smoothie are always on point and fresh. I don't remember ordering anything else here tbh. Growing up, this would be the place I go buy boba while my mom would shop around. Today, my husband ordered the Sugarcane drink and he absolutely loves it. He watched her use the sugarcane press machine and mix it all together. 5/5. Didn't even have time to take a picture because he finished it by the time we got to the car.

Went in for a quick afternoon drink and it was just that. Walked in and was quickly asked for my order. I went for freshly squeezed cane juice. It was amazing! The sugar cane is run through a press right in front of your eyes. The process is quick and the results are refreshing. The juice was nice and it reminded me of the sugar cane mills back home.

Came back today. Taking back some stars because we ordered 3 drinks this time, asked for an extra straw and she wanted to charge us 25 cents.

I've been a customer here for over a dozen years -- literally. Their avocado smoothie with tapioca is THE BOMB and I've never once had an issue with service or quality. You can tell they use fresh fruit because it's cut right in front of you and their fridge is full of fruits. The prices aren't listed anywhere on the menu but my smoothie is $6.50 with boba. Worth every penny.

It really could have been better. With the prices, you would expect something of an upbeat, aesthetic shop for boba lovers and students alike, but there was not a pleasant vibe within the shop. It was silent, employee looked impatient and was not very helpful, and even seemed unsure of my selection. I ordered a green bean smoothie and while it was okay, there was no place for me to actually study. When I asked if there was an outlet or wifi, I was just told no, with no additional comments or help provided. It really does seem to be a place to just grab a pretty expensive, okay tasting drink, and then continue on about your day. I got my drink, it tasted okay, but that's all it really was; just okay.I'm not sure about this place, I'm probably not going to come back.

It costs more to put less ice. Did not find out until after I paid. Drink is all artificial flavoring. Would only recommend to my worst enemies.
