Terrific pizza and some great choices for a night out. It is the perfect balance of toppings and crust to curb your hunger or help balance you out when you partake at one of the many fine parlors of libations nearby. The little food hall has an awesome atmosphere and decor.

Umm, yum! Great new find alert. Those short rib bites are amazeballs and so was the fennel sausage pizza! The hubs searched on Yelp, I went with it (as I've taught him well), and just like that -- we have a new, fantastic go-to dinner option in the neighborhood! Online ordering was a cinch, and it was ready when he arrived. I'm so looking forward to trying more items on the menu. Figo Sugo is DELISH!

Located in Bravery Hall right up front they have an excellent upscale location. The people who work here will bring you out the food to whichever table you're sitting at, which is great service considering that food hall setting. The pizza is square and you won't need more than a 2 slices per person. They're good size and are loaded with plenty of toppings. My favorites are Spicy Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, and Fungi. They all have distinct flavors and god spread of tastes and flavor profiles. The apps here are also pretty good. Excellent calamari, fun beef rib lasagna bites, salads are serviceable too with a good portion as an app. Really have never been disappointed here in the multiple visits I've made. This is a higher quality pizza than the drunk food pizzas of Frank's and Romano's nearby.

I really enjoyed the food and ambiance of Figo Sugo. It's inside of Bravery Chef Hall downtown. Parking can be a thing I'm sure when it's busy, but we came on a week day evening so there was some street parking. Seating is like diner bar seating. You order and they make everything right in front of you. The hall itself has a lot to offer. So we grabbed some wine from the wine bar down the way and brought it back while we waited for our food. The food itself was so good. I had the short rib lasagna bites. Very different, flavorful and well balanced. I would get that again. The baked goat cheese, yes! The pasta I had was fresh and well seasoned (it had sausage, can't remember the name), it was spicy though. So if you can't stand the heat this dish isn't for you (my friend could not but I loved it). We talked with owner while we were eating. Very personable and nice. If I didn't hate driving downtown, I'd be here at least biweekly.

We wanted to experience the March Madness festival and decided to go to Bravery Hall because we wanted to hang out.. not realizing Figo Sugo was located here. We're so glad we came! The pizza is expensive, but man is it worth it! We got a regular pepperoni pizza and a sausage pizza. The sausage one with the cheese.. wow, you can't beat it. One of my favorites and I would certainly come back for it. The pasta is much better when you get it fresh and eat in the restaurant. Food service was super quick and the workers were of course friendly. Definitely check it out!

Meh. The pizza is good, but not remotely worth the absurd pricepoint. 8 dollars for one slice. I don't know whether to laugh or cry at all these silly "dining hall" (AKA glorified food court) restaurants popping up with overpriced hipster BS where you're paying double for pretentious ambiance.Basically, I'm glad I tried the pizza here because I've been curious, but I feel zero need, desire, or compulsion to return. I can get pizza of equal or higher quality for literally half the price a few blocks away.

New Spot inside Bravery Food HallMajority of the food was quite yummy. Let's get into these short rib lasagna bites ($15)...wow. Perfect combo of salty, savory, cheesy with a very crispy exterior. The pizza slices had quality, fresh ingredients but the crust (focaccia-like) was tough. Caesar salad was fresh and delicious but the price ($8) wasn't justified being smedium in size. Overall, I'd maybe return. Enjoyed the menu, itself.

Penne alla vodka sauce on a pizza was not on my bingo card! This pizza is one I have dreamt about since first having it. This pizza shop is in the front corner of a cool and hip food hall. All the pizzas are on display for you to admire and fairly determine which is your jam. The staff are quick and heat up your slice right after you order -- it is perfection! The crunch in the crust and the fresh flavors from the toppings are out of this world.

I hit Figo Sugo for dinner hoping for the crawfish campanelle. It was off the menu (but may be coming back soon!) so I pivoted to the spicy vodka pasta with Italian sausage.Phenomenal flavors with just the right amount of heat. Definitely on my list for a return visit.

Figo Sugo is an Italian restaurant located at Bravery Chef Hall. Out of all of the food halls in Houston, Bravery is one of my favorites. One of the things that makes food halls unique is that the roster of restaurants there will change over time, for better or for worse. On my most recent visit, I tried the short rib bites from Figo Sugo. This appetizer delivered. The breading was crispy and the short rib interior was moist and flavorful. Beyond what I had, they have other appetizers, pizza, and pasta. You order at the counter and they will text you when your food is ready. I'll definitely have to come back and try some of their pizza or pasta. At Bravery, you'll be dining in a nice environment with plenty of options to choose from, for both drinks and food.
