Fifi's Seafood Restaurant

One of the best meals we've had and definitely the best seafood we've had in south Florida. Highly recommend. Met owner, met chef and had a great meal

We had a very enjoyable dinner in this cozy restaurant. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. Our server Cindi provided exceptional service. There was an extensive fresh seafood selection to choose from and well as wine list. We shared Coconut shrimp with a house made dipping sauce which was very good. My husband had the Seafood Paella for One. It was loaded with shrimp, scallops, calamari, muscles and two lobster tails served over seasoned rice, it was an excellent choice. I had the Filet Mignon accompanied by rice and beans, cooked to perfection it was delicious. We were too stuffed for it but they also had several dessert offerings. I would definitely recommend trying. Reasonably priced, generous portions and good food.

Fresh and delicious fish.The good: the grilled Chilean sea bass was delicious and decent sized portion, the fish fillet was also really fresh, the mash potatoes and the French fries were also great.The mediocre: the shrimp was decent, but wasn't expecting it to come in a cup, it looks like a small soup.Summary: great place for fresh fish at a reasonable price. Will definitely order from them again.

Wanted seafood so Fifi was the place... Was seated right away first off the service here was awesome my waitress explained everything and made sure everything was ok the whole time the ambiance is nice corner seating so I seen everything drinks was good and the Chilean Seabass was good the pasta was great and they had the biggest shrimp I ever had 1 of my favorite places hands down next time I'm in Miami I'm definitely coming back here...

My husband and I are shopping for a restaurant to host our son's rehearsal dinner the night before his wedding. We are looking on Miami Beach so that it can be close to the wedding venue (lots of guests will be from out of town and staying at nearby hotels).After visiting more than a half a dozen places, we have a top candidate.Fifi's is a mom and pop eatery with fresh everything. Of course, seafood is its marquee item. The place is relatively small; it fits about 50 inside plus sidewalk seating. The decor is simple and clean, but the food is what stands out.We got a good taste of the food served here.The fish ceviche is the best we have ever had (and we eat ceviche often and have had it in Spain). The fish was tender, nicely seasoned, and the lime sauce was pucker-up sour, just the way we like it. Our adult daughter, who joined us for dinner, usually does not like ceviche but loved this one. The tuna taco was a recommendation that turned out to be a big hit, especially because the ponzu, sweet chili, cilantro sauce was the perfect pairing for the melt-in-your-mouth tuna. (The restaurant features a lot of items with an Asian-fusion flair.)The arugula salad was tasty, with its praline pecans and balsamic dressing. But we preferred the Caesar salad with its homemade dressing and bits of mango.The lobster bisque was good with lots of lobster floating in the cup. But because of my milk allergy, I could only have a few sips. The seafood soup featured lobster, squid, and not sure what else because the broth was so delicious I quickly drained the bowl.Our main entree, seafood paella (with lobster, shrimp, mussels, calamari, fish, and peppers) reminded us of the one we had in Spain. For dessert, we chose to try the passion fruit mousse and the flan. The latter is very rich and very sweet and very good. My husband and I preferred the mousse because we adore the tart passion fruit. Prices here, for the quality of food and the superb service you get (thanks Amado for a great experience!), are well worth it. We can't wait to go back and try more on the menu, especially the fresh catch of the day and that marvelous-looking chocolate volcano dessert that we eyed on the table across from us.

Loved the paella here! I would go back and get it again along with the side of Cuban vegetarian black beans. My husband had the grilled seafood platter that was the same thing as paella but without the rice. After tasting mine he wished he had ordered the paella. We also shared the arugula salad that was fresh and tasty, didn't care for the over sugared candied walnuts hard enough to break a tooth LOL. THE STAFF was very nice and helpful which is deserving of the 5 stars!

This is the place to go for fresh seafood! I had the truffle scallops and langostino. The service is good and the wait staff is attentive. The presentation of the food is great for photos! Overall, I always have a good experience eating at Fifis but the interior & lighting of the restaurant could use some updating.

Fifi's is another restaurant in North Beach that has taken me far too long to finally try out. My bf and I had Valentine's Day 2022 dinner here. Reservations would definitely be recommended for a busy holiday/date night. We sat at their small bar, which I quite enjoyed.The decor is super white and feels a bit outdated. White walls, white tablecloths-kind of what made a restaurant "fancy" in the 90s-00s. I would recommend a decor update and adding a little burst of color to make the space feel more modern.For a seafood-forward restaurant, the prices aren't that bad and the portions are very generous and delicious. The Florida Lobster tail is such a unique, scrumptious preparation. You must try it! The kusshi oysters were fantastic. So meaty and briny. Service was very good. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. 20% gratuity automatically included.

Such an excellent plate of Delicious Delicacies to make anyone come back again and again!! Definitely a must which I highly recommend!! You won't be disappointed!Make sure to ask for Amado to ensure the very best service is town!!
