Great drinks, quick service and clean place! Highly recommended in Chinatown. Their grapefruit tea and kiwi basil tea is SOO refreshing and yummy- especially for a hot hot day in Houston! They're pretty quick, the wait was under 3 mins (even when it was busy)All in all would def come back and try other drinks. :)

This area has a ton of boba tea shops but we decided to try this one. Parking can get limited depending on the time you go. We went at night after 8 pm and it wasn't too bad. I love that this location stays open late to like 11 pm Sun-Thurs and 12 am Fri-Sat. Prices were economical. We ordered the creme brulee dirty boba and Oreo cheese milk tea. Both were delicious. Extra ingredients we added were fresh. Service was fast and friendly. Staff was pleasant.

They kept on skipping our orders and make other people's orders. And they also messed up on other people's orders. I think they need a better management and should not keep on taking new orders when they can't even finished.

Like the other locations, the inside is cute, staff was normal and nice, and the teas were fresh. We had the strawberry one and the citrus lord, both at 125% sweetness level and that made it normal sweet, given the tartness of the fruit. Cute place. I'll always come back here.

Cute little aesthetic shop for meet ups and chats. It wasn't too busy when we came in, which was perfect for a quick sit down snack. The vibe is on point, with both seats and booths. Games are provided, as well as a big teddy bear for cute photos! I ordered a creme brulee boba. THe portions are reasonable for the price as well. The cheese foam was really smooth. It was really good, and even had some burnt sugar at the bottom! I like how they allowed me to do no ice; some places can be really stingy about that, so I am grateful for the staff for accommodating me. They also checked with us to make sure that the sugar level and the contents were okay with us, which was a nice touch in terms of service. All in all, everything was good and photoworthy!

I really like the atmosphere of this place, very trendy. The menu doesn't have too much on there which is a good thing. Sometimes, they hit you with you too many options of drinks. I went with a Matcha Breeze which included the cheese foam on top. It was really good, i'll have to check out the other drinks & desserts next time I stop by.

Usually feng cha is my go to boba spot. Solid tea drinks because the flavor comes through well. The line is always long because it's a really popular place for good reason! However I was disappointed today because I tried the mango au lait 50% sweet. When I drank a sip it was extremely sweet still, like I didn't adjust the sweetness. The drink pick up window has a sign that says if you're not satisfied with your drink, you can let the workers know and they'll fix it. I asked and the worker there essentially said that even if she put 0% sugar, the drink would still be the same sweetness, no less. If it was that way, shouldn't the workers let customers know the sweetness can't be adjusted? I don't like sweet drinks and this is a waste of a drink now. I'm also shocked that they didn't offer to make a different drink. How did this interaction fix anything? Feng cha in Katy is better with less people and better service.

Why 5 stars? Because the mango breeze is basically a perfect beverage. --- --- ---I don't understand this shopping plaza. There are 487 restaurants. 212 of them are boba places. How do any of them make money with the competition quite literally stacked on top of itself like this? When we ate lunch nearby, I decided on Feng Cha because it had the best reviews, but I had no idea that it would be World War 3 to get into the parking lot and then find the actual business. It was raining, which didn't help things. And there was some kind of pavilion in the middle where a party was happening, which added to the chaos. But every corner I turned, another car was there. My map basically told me that Feng Cha was "somewhere" in this plaza. But the plaza was the size of a small city, the the business per capita equivalent to the heart of Manhattan. But eventually I arrived, and settled on a Mango Breeze with boba. I usually have a 30 minute argument with myself when visiting a bubble tea shop: should I go with something fruity or milky? In this case, I got a **perfect** combination of both. The mango was super refreshing, but the cheese foam gave it just enough creaminess to satiate that need too. Despite the insanity required to get here, it was worth all of it. The cruel irony: we left here and took our son to go see Dinos Alive. As we pulled into that parking lot, we see that the business right next door was.....?Feng Cha.

Have been back several times to less than satisfactory experiences: not open on time, unable to make ANY drinks because of water or power issues. Higher prices for mediocre tea & coffee, with ZERO customer service. Made my drink wrong, then disappeared with it while making to-go orders. When asked, they said they were making a new batch -- how about mentioning that to a thirsty customer instead of waiting for them to ask??
