I usually take pictures of my food prior to reviewing it but, not today. It smelled so good I just dug in. I arrived at the food truck just before they opened but she still took my order. A cheeseburger and fries. The burger was fantastic! We'll seasoned but not overly seasoned. The bun was fresh. The burger patty was fresh pressed and a good half pound. That fit perfectly on the bun. The toppings were freshly cut and generously garnished the burger. The fries were of the frozen variety but fried perfectly and salted nicely. All that for $9.00!! I will definitely be back!

Amazing burgers that are very juicy. The fries are amazing! The chicken basket tastes like canes but with better fries. I was passing through to Houston and now this will be a must stop.

My favorite burger ever! If you like fat, juicy burgers with lots of seasoning and butter grilled buns - this is your place. I get the cheeseburger basket and my husband loves the chicken sandwich.

Prices have gone up like everywhere else but the quality is still good. My bacon and blue was delicious but the bun was still a tad soggy by the time I at it.

Solid 4 stars! It would have been 5 stars if we wouldn't have had to wait 25 minutes for two burgers and one order of fries and that the patty was over cooked. This was the kind of burger that after every bite you had to wipe not only your hands but also your face. It was so juicy from the buttery grilled bun, fresh veggies, creamy mayo, and cheese...all the elements together gave it the juice that the patty was missing because of being over cooked.The fries were the frozen crinkle cut fries from Walmart but they fried them so crispy and sprinkled them with a great blend of salt and pepper that just made you want to dip it in ketchup and then lick your fingers afterwards. We'll definitely return and just keep in mind that there is a lengthy wait.

Best burger we can find. Too bad you can only get it outdoors since the weather in Texas is so unpredictable. Great fries!

Wow. Sooo good! I got a cheeseburger basket and the fries were seasoned perfectly and were so good! The meat was great (and I'm not huge on burgers) but the bread!!!!! Soft but crispy, these people know how to cook a mean burger. Would've taken a picture of the first bite but I didn't put it down! Definitely worth a try!

Best burgers and fries in Huntsville, hell best burgers in Texas! Seriously though if you are in Huntsville do yourself a favor and stop by this place.Super friendly service and awesome food!
