The food has a unique and great flavor with the best part being the crust! The hard thing to swallow is the price. I know you pay for what you get but this one tips a little too far in the wrong direction. Thankful to have tried this!

I ordered for the first time tonight and this is the best pizza in the area!!! I live about 8 miles past Trinity and heated it up for about 5 minutes and it was delicious!! I will order again!!

Ordered my first pizza and I have to say it was delicious!!!!! It's a must try! The owner answered the phone was working alone and his customer service was amazing. I will be buying my pizza regularly from his Pizza truck.

Being a food truck owner myself,I've gone to a lot of different food trucks, but there is just nothing out there that honestly compares to the phenomenal value I get when I eat here at fat boys pizza food truck located in Riverside @ the riverside food park just off hwy 19. The portions are more than enough for the reasonable price and the wings are among the best I have ever tasted & the pizza's are to die for we had one and it was baked to perfection .If you haven't had a chance to try the food here, you are missing out!, Top notch pizza & wings also loaded fries food made by people who take pride in providing the very best. Me & my daughter have been here twice already & can't wait to come back we're excited to try out the whole menu. Excellent service 5 stars

Some of the best pizza in the area it's always my go to. The staff is always very nice. They do their best with setting up the food truck park around it but the wings are great the pizza is amazing but definitely I can't think of any other pizza joint in Huntsville, Trinity Crockett, LOVELADY, or any other place that I would rather go to! I can't even think of how many times I've bought from here. It's a really great place.

Greatest tasting pizza ever; I would recommend the potato pizza and the dumpster fire both are out of this world. I've never had a problem with the service or the food. 10/10 would recommend.

THE BEST PIZZA AND STAFF. I order here far too often but it's so good I can't help it! The owners are so friendly and the food never disappoints, it's always the best pizza and hot and fresh. Get the dumpster fire for a good laugh!
