Favorite spot we've tried yet!We are new to this area and were so pleased to be recommended this gem in what feels like the middle of nowhere! The space itself is very inviting, with lots of big tables. Very family friendly. Everything we've tried so far has been delicious! Our last trip we went for dinner and I will say I think I had the best salad I've ever had. My husband's brisket melt was also delicious. For dessert I chose the raspberry white chocolate cheesecake and was so pleased. I love how they have take-home options too. The cinnamon rolls are incredible. The staff has been kind and organized despite how chaotic it can get in there since people order a lot of food! I regularly see staff out making sure the space is clean and that things remain organized and stocked. Absolutely will be coming back.

I am still very new to North Carolina and was in search of a bakery in the Snow Hill area. Low and behold on the outskirts of the country ! The Farmer and The Dail came highly recommended for their delicious baked goods and southern breakfast. My family lives in the area and gave the 2 thumbs up. I placed an online order for a birthday cake to celebrate my mom's 70th. We visited today after noon and jumped in line to place our brunch order and pick up the cake. We decided on the FATD breakfast bowl that comes with hash browns, a biscuit, grits and bacon. I have been wanting to try their famous biscuit bombs. I decided on the bacon bomb. I have never had a biscuit so pillowy soft and delicious! This place is perfection ! My mom's birthday cake was also equally as delicious. She enjoyed how light and airy the cake was, how decadent the frosting was. How beautifully decorated ! We will be regulars here when in the area visiting loved ones. Dropped in here for breakfast on a Sunday not knowing that the menu is limited. I had the sausage biscuit bomb which I wouldn't likely order again as there really isn't much flavor, just a super dense biscuit, mild sausage and cheese. I was shocked at how flavorless the whole thing was. Why am I still giving this place 4 stars you ask? My girlfriend had the chicken minis which were delicious because the biscuits were seasoned and the chicken was perfectly cooked. There were so many baked goods on display that all looked amazing and their regular menu looks super promising. The environment is super welcoming and there is a huge sunflower field outside for photo opps. So 4 stars for potential. I will be back to try once again, just never on a Sunday.

I don't understand why this location doesn't have 5 stars?! It's hands down the best breakfast I've ever had. Coming from a southern bell who LOVES breakfast, this says a lot. We visited on a holiday (July 4th), and the parking lot was full, so I didn't have the best expectation. However, this place soared past all my expectations! From the environment, to the food, to the cleanliness, to the staff. 10/10! They have a small play area for kiddos too with toys, and books. I didn't photograph that area to protect the kiddos that were playing, but my kiddos loved it!

Over all pretty good! Finally made it here while visiting my friend in snow hill! I was so happy that they had gluten free buns for sandwiches. Pesto Cream Cheese was Killer. My only complaint is I wish they had fresh Gluten free pastry's. They had some froze but I don't know how long they were frozen for / if they make them weekly /daily or monthly. I didn't get the pastry's but good food !

Last week marked my inaugural experience with Farmer and The Dail, and I opted for a convenient takeout order. Abby guided me through the process, showcasing excellent service from start to finish.For my lunch selection, I settled on the FATD Breakfast Bowl sans bacon, accompanied by an upgrade to Turkey Sausage for just an additional dollar. To complement my meal, I added a side of Hashbrown Casserole, a decision I did not regret.The Hashbrown Casserole surpassed my expectations with its delightful flavour and impeccably balanced seasoning. However, my excitement waned when I delved into the main attraction.Disappointingly, the FATD Breakfast Bowl was drenched in oil, rendering it less palatable. Despite its enticing components--grits, cheddar cheese, fried hash browns, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and a mini cheddar biscuit--the excessive oiliness overshadowed its potential.Regrettably, I found myself unable to fully enjoy the dish and felt a pang of guilt for not finishing it. While I hesitate to dampen others' enthusiasm for Southern cuisine, particularly the famed FATD Breakfast Bowl, it simply didn't align with my tastes.For future visits, I intend to opt for simpler fare to avoid a repeat of this experience.

I would have given them 5 stars, but I asked for a veggie omelet, no meat. Substitute out the pork for the Oinker omelet for the plant base patty, and they could not do that. I asked, "You can't take the pork out of that omelet.l, and substitute it with the plant base patty? And she shook her head no. So I had to settle for an egg and cheese biscuit. I really wonder why they do not have a veggie omelet on the menu?????

This place is nestled in the backdrop of farmland. They have frozen dinners and other fan favorites available to purchase. The long tables make it an ideal for large gatherings. The Christmas tree cake was aoo good. It may be out in the fields but it's worth a drive to try this place.

I come here plenty when I'm in town and always look forward to coming as well. The food is usually great and the coffee is amazing.Today I bought my daughter a mini Bundt cake as a surprise for her, as I opened the box I smelled straight rotten egg. I had my mother smell it as well and surely she said it smelled rancid. I know it could of been an honest mistake but I'm glad I caught it before I gave it to my toddler.

Biscuits are good sized, however they're more of a roll than a traditional biscuit, still delicious. You're able to add different topping to them. The sauce that comes with the chicken biscuit was pretty good too. I ordered a vanilla cold brew & really enjoyed it. We also got a honey butter croissant & it was really nice flavor, really soft, wouldn't change anything about it. It's really colorful inside, and staff was friendly.
