DO NOT SHOP HERE Bought 2 batteries in 24 days After the second one broke I went in to see if the charger they have could make it work. It couldn't. they would not replace it bc I did not have the receipt Despite having the record of the points I earned from the purchases. NEVER AGAIN

I actually shop here a lot and have never had an issues... that is until I bought a $109 vape here that I later found I can get literally anywhere on the internet for $50-$60

Pretty amazing smoke shop honestly. They have so many pieces compared to other smoke shops around them and the staff is so amazing. I had gone Christmas shopping for my boyfriend's gift and I had the pleasure of having Monique help me out. She walked me through my options and she was very patient with me throughout the whole process. In the end, I walked out with the best piece for what I was looking for. Love this place and I'm definitely going to keep coming back.

Josh is awesome, he knew exactly what to suggest for me. I didn't want a high, but a relaxation and something to deal with anxiety and be able to take during the day also and still complete my task.. my job can be stressful and I deal with social anxiety , but he knew just what to offer and it helped me out so much.. He was highly informative and I felt great about purchasing the product because I knew it was a trusted brand.. Thank you Josh for your help and your pure kindness

spent $50 , went to my car , then noticed the device that i bought didnt work. got out went back to the store and employee said that I can't return it because I went to my car . used to come here often but not anymore

For years now I have had nothing but good products from this store. I purchased something yesterday, and when one of them broke in half I picked it up and noticed that there was mold growing inside. I checked some of the others to make sure, more mold. Normally I would just throw out the product but I was nervous that if I didn't speak up it could cause some harmful side-effects to another user. I went into the shop and explained to him the mould issue, I even opened up one of the cigarettes to show him that there was mold growing inside. He told me that the Store owner was not in today and that there was nothing he could do about it so I asked for his manager, he told me that he was the manager and that he could not issue a refund on the products. He asked me to come back another day and I explain to him that I got a defective product and I already took the time to drive out today that I would not be coming back another time. I told him to look attheir, he grabbed it and said oh this is just how they look. I explained to him that I have been buying this product for over two years and I have never seen white mold growing inside. The fact that he tried so hard to reassure me that that was how they are supposed to look made me absolutely disgusted he still refused to refund my money even though I showed him proof of purchase. Be careful and check your products.

Terrible place! They are extremely rude and it is disappointing that in 2021 we still have people that don't understand how to be nice and respectful.

Terrible customer service. The guy that works there was extremely rude and wouldn't give me the owners info when I asked. Will never go back here the prices change each visit!
