Located off Barker Cypress in Houston, Fang's Bistro commands a corner spot off Logenbaugh and Barker Cypress. Here you find the usual but the dishes are delicately blended with sushi. Good service guaranteed to be pleased!

Solid choice in the Cypress area for Chinese food. I had a craving for lo mein, and let me say Fangs hit the spot for sure. When you order it pretty quick and the food is fresh. Been here a couple times and the food is consistently and delicious.

Called to place an order for delivery and was told you have to order online. They no longer take over the phone orders. Doing the online order we were going to get charged $2.50 PER PERSON to upgrade the rice. That's an extra $5.00 when you can just buy an order for $8.25. (That's crazy to me!)Then they now charge $4.00 for delivery and you have to tip the driver. (We normally tip 20%) With all the extra charges it would have been $16.00. To me that is a lot. Needless to say we are NOT ordering from them anymore. My daughter said they stopped ordering because of that reason too.

Had to find a local Chinese food join to eat at since moving in the area. Heard great things about Fangs so decided to order from here for a small family gathering. I ordered for pick up which was a smooth and easy process. They were very accommodating when i had to call back 10 minutes later to add another dish. The food was good only few issues I had was the shrimp fried rice contained small shrimps than what I've seen at many other places and there wasn't that many shrimp. Another issue was I ordered a chicken and broccoli and received a beef and broccoli. At first I was like maybe this is the chicken but after eating more few pieces, it was beef. I should or could have called in but I also had a hungry family who didn't mind. Willing to come back and re-review the place whenever craving Chinese food again. Just have to remember to always check the food before leaving.

This 4 star review is for the cleanliness of the restaurant and the food. The service could have been better. The prices were reasonable as well. It was my family's first time we came in at 5:45 pm on a Sunday. There were maybe 3 tables at most for dine in. We are a family of 6. Our kiddos are 2 and 4 plus our 9 years old twins. The Asian man greeted us when we walked in and sat us down at a table. He had to put two tables together in the corner luckily it was by the window. To be honest he wasn't too friendly from the get go when we walked in but what bothered me was he seemed to be friendly to the other 2-3 tables without kids. He didn't really check on us I had to get his attention to ask for chopsticks. We ordered Chinese food and sushi. I like more ginger with my sushi. When I asked for extra after the server put the food down he didn't seem happy I asked.. ( there was a .50 charge for my small amount of extra ginger) We ordered sushi 6 rolls. We also ordered sweet and sour chicken and chicken with broccoli from the regular menu. My triple delight order was from the dinner combo which came with a small cup of soup, the entree and rice for $10. There is a $2 up charge for the lunch meals after 3:30 pm from what I read on the menu. The man asked what kind of soup I wanted and if I wanted an egg roll or a crab puff. I wanted hot and sour soup and an egg roll.Fangs like most places my triple delight came with chicken, shrimp and beef with mixed vegetables. The proteins were all tender and the brown sauce was tasty. My twin daughters actually ate most of my food. They said they liked the beef and shrimp more than the chicken from their chicken and broccoli. The twins had a California roll to share but ended up eating all 8 pieces plus another 4 pieces from my crunchy roll. The rolls here are not big. They have less rice in their rolls from other places in my opinion. I really liked the less amount of rice in the sushi rolls since I am usually watching my carb intake, but my family would have liked more rice. Overall my kids and I enjoyed the food but my husband said it was ok so I am not sure he will return. As for me and my 4 kids we will be back to try more foods and the good prices for lunch specials on sushi.

We have been going here for years. Quality of food is consistent and yummy. We usually get some sushi rolls, Philadelphia, shaggy dog. The family dinner dishes are tasty and I alway take some home for two meals.

So we came here for the first time and it was actually really good! The service was on point and we didn't feel rushed like most places. They have a very good portion size sushi. We normally went to a sushi place in townelake but over the years it's lost its touch. But it looks like this place will now be our regular sushi spot!
