This evening I went and picked up fajita Pete's combo beef, and chicken fajitas for four. The cost was $61.00The chicken was excellent and the beef was OK, but my biggest problem is the tiny amount of guacamole and pico they give you as a side. That is barely enough for two but four, no way. how embarrassing to have guest over for dinner, and put a teaspoon of each on their plate . And in my opinion, they could totally do away with the lettuce which they happen to give a very generous portion of.

Had the opportunity to speak with the owner. A very nice gentleman. Food was fast and as expected. Small area for eating. Great Togo setup. Good price and selection for the 9.99$ deals. Fajita Beef, Tacos Al Carbon, chicken burrito.

They have three tables and this location does dine in. We enjoyed a beef fajita plate for one which comes with grilled onions, lettuce, rice, guacamole, pico de gallo, refried or barracho beans and a choice of flour or wheat tortillas. We shared a small house frozen margarita. The Margarita was very tasty. My wife ordered the enchiladas verdes which rice and beans, I helped her eat them, more yum. Any order comes with chips and salsa. We've ordered take and delivery from Petes before and now we've eaten in. Very nice people and great food. We'll be back for more goodies. They're in the process of opening another Petes closer to our neighborhood and we can't wait.

Today, I went to Fajita Pete's for the first time, and I'm so glad I did. I met Pete, the owner. Friendly guy.I ordered the mixed Fajita beef and chicken, to-go. Both beef and chicken were flavorful and tender. It came with all the fixin's (guac, pico, etc.), and I also ordered a side of queso and chips. The chips were just the way I like them -- super thin and crispy (as opposed to thick and crunchy). Also, I LOVED the flour tortillas -- super moist and slightly chewy, just the way I like them (as opposed to stiff, dry, and bready). The beans and rice were also great -- please don't change them! (Some places make the beans and rice too salty. These were spot on.)My only regret is not trying them sooner! I will try the Heights/Garden Oaks location closer to my house. They'll be the place I call the next time I need to cater one of my parties!

We absolutely love Fajita Pete's. It is one of our favorite spots for take-out in Bellaire area. The food is consistently high quality and better than many other Tex Mex restaurants in the area . Margaritas are very tasty and a favorite for many of our friends. This is great especially for larger groups. Service is always excellent too. We have done both pick up and delivery and our experience has always been good. We will continue to order from Fajita Pete's on a regular basis.

One of my former colleagues used to order from this place religiously whenever she couldn't get away from work. I didn't get the appeal initially. For a place called Fajita Pete's, I wasn't expecting anything too authentic. The name kind of screams "Americanized". Then again, with places like Taco Cabana and Torchy's being so successful across Texas, I shouldn't judge.Honestly, the lunch specials here are the bomb. You get a solid portion of an entree, rice, and beans for $10-12. I'm partial to the fajita tacos, but the burrito (served with chips/salsa) and the enchiladas aren't bad either. The storefront isn't much to look at, and the dining area seems like a bit of an afterthought, but the majority of their business seems to be to go orders anyway. This will probably become one of my go to lunch pick up places this year.

Ok, let's be real this is a heavily Americanized Mexican food place or very New York City Tex Mex place.However...If you get over that, you'll actually like it if you're not in the mood for authentic food. It has everything you expect in Tex Mex food, but the combinations and options are limited. It really is fast food, which is why it feels so Americanized. However, people love this place because it's better than say a Jack in the Box.Service was great, and I noticed the manager was on edge when I walked in. I was actually just waiting in my car to see what my husband wanted before walking in. Maybe they've been robbed, I don't know. This really isn't a sit down place. This truly is a grab and go location. If you work in this area that's probably great for you.Food was good, place was clean, nothing really extraordinary other than fast food Tex Mex food being awesome. Try this food to go. I think if you dine in, you'll be disappointed with the limited seating options
