Hidden little gem with a rooftop bar overlooking Gallagher Square in Petco Park. The place was very odd, though. First was the argument in the hallway in front of the elevator with the manager and her boyfriend- it was aggressive and went on and on. Even when we walked past them to get to the elevator, they didn't stop. They just simmered down a little. Then the hallway to the rooftop deck was EXTREMELY odd - dark, dirty, with chipped paint and dust bunnies. You had to walk through this to get to the rooftop deck, bar and restaurant. Then, the prices. Ridiculous! It wasn't dust bunny and chipped paint prices, that's for sure! We were there at about 4:30pm, and it was $18 for Buffalo Wings - 6 wings, so it came to $3/wing. The wings were ok, but nothing I'd order again. I ordered a dirty Tanqueray martini, but almost gagged on it! It was straight gin! There was no olive juice or Vermouth. And on the way down, I noticed wallpaper peeling off the walls in several places downstairs.Wow! Just wow! And not in a good way.Oh, and the plumbing in the Womens room downstairs- the sink - needed plumbing attention.

Ballpark views, fresh brews, good booze, can't lose.Fairweather, the namesake of San Diego's biome, a fair spot to weather whatever life's worth celebrating.For best service, ask for Betty, J, and Rachel.

East Village "Hidden" Gem. I love stopping by here for a drink. They have wine, a decent beer selection as well as some strong cocktails. It aHas always puzzled me why so many places in San Diego do not have outdoor seating especially with the year long amazing weather. Fairweather has both outside seating AND an amazing view into Gallagher Square. When I have out of town guests, I enjoy bringing them back through the "secret" engtrance and having them come out into this nice little bar. It can get super packed, but when it is calmer we always enjoy chatting with the staff who is usually happy to have a convo. Food wise, I do like the chicken tenders and my BF craves the Carne Asada nachos from time to time. Decent snacks for a nice afternoon or evening in the open air watching all the festivities or enjoying the calm.

Bar service was amazing the staff was Amazing!! The view was lovely. We were there for an event and the food options were very tasty and included ceviche, and beef, brisket, chicken tacos.

Wow! You can't beat a place with this type of location to the stadium! The seats, service and atmosphere were so good! We definitely look forward to coming back

I only got to enjoy the rooftop but it was a great bar! Drinks and staff are lovely - very involved with customers. Taking photos and interacting and having a great time. I had the tacos and they were delicious! The view of the concert from here was also really great. A bit small when things got packed but everyone was having a good time so it was fun. Removed a star because the bathroom was AWFUL. The sinks were broken and flooding, the soap dispenser was broken as well, water all over the floor from the sink that went well out in to the hallway. I know that repairs can't happen instantly but no one was giving any attention to the water flood the entire night so it was both a little gross and was so much water it was absolutely a hazard.

If you get a chance please stop by the top deck and ask for Rachel she was the absolute best bartender, such a sweet person. Thank you Rachel for being so attentive to my girlfrens and I .. we will definitely be back because of Rachel. Casa amigos all day:)

Overall vibe of this place is great if you've got some sunshine! A little hard to find. We hung out here one afternoon and came back for a drink during a concert that was next door - great move. Quick service and fun place to hang for sure.

Amazing food, great drinks. Spectacular ownership. Service is always friendly, great place to catch a a vibe and padre games!
