They always have amazing food. Their service is always fast service and friendly. Also they always have a cozy and welcoming environment. I will be returning again

this place is not great. food is just so so. flies buzzing all around, service was slow and no one offered any drink refills. walk ins that came in after we were seated were served before us because the lady at the counter knew them. skip this place for sure.

Stopped here on a lunch break driving through NC, and I'd drive back down just to have their food again. Great service as well! Their fried chicken was perfectly crisp and seasoned nicely, collards were flavourful and the butter beans... I wish I brought a takeout tub of those! Go - they know soul food and will treat you right

I was visiting my home town and was looking for somewhere different to eat. I had heard a lot about this place and so we decided to try it. Everything was great!! The food, the service, the atmosphere, everything. I will definitely be back!

I have been here a couple of times they have a special everyday for lunch. Service was good ,food was good. I highly reccomend this place

This is a fantastic diner. The food is very good, the owners are very attentive to your needs and do a great job running the restaurant. The patty melt w/ the chips is perfect, and the specials are always good! If you want good food, and good service this is your place in Tarboro.

Visiting the area, and was looking for some good home cooking and found a hidden gem. Let me tell you the greetings was heart warming and the service was excellent and fast, The food taste like grandma's home cooking. If you are in the area please check this place out !

Finally went there now sorry it took me so long nice clean place my order was better than I anticipated and the price was under $10 for a complete meal friendly employees and I will be back
