Emoji Sushi & Teriyaki

While Emoji is still good - it's not as great as it was when it first opened. The service has changed dramatically. There have been quite a few times when I've dined in, with different people, and the server has literally hovered over our table after we've finished eating (once, it was actually while we were still eating) to get us to leave. The restaurant was never crowded at any of these times, and we had only been there for 30-45 minutes. The sushi is still mostly quite good. My daughter ordered the kids noodles the last time we were there and they tasted disgusting, and were swimming in oil. Hopefully, things will turn back around.

The prices and the quantity of food are great. The general tsos chicken is a large platter with a side of rice and miso soup. The spicy tuna could've been a bit spicier but that might be a personal preference.

The sushi was amazing!! The ambiance was adorable and cozy! The service was really nice!! I'd def check them out... These are one of a kind rolls- huge, delicious, and so filling!!! We have to go back to try more!!

Two stars because it wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. I ordered through Door Dash. My order was picked up and out the door in about 10 minutes. I got the Two Roll Special. I got a shrimp tempora roll and tuna roll. They were both flavorless and disappointing, to say the least. The rolls were a decent size, but I've never had sushi this underwhelming before. I was shocked because they have some good reviews, which now makes me question my fellow yelpers..lol...I also had the Kani Salad, which was bland as well. The best part was the green salad and ginger dressing that came with the 2 roll special... Uggg..

Came here with friends for lunch and I'm really happy with the service. Wait staff are very friendly and polite. Food presentation was superb. Sushi rolls were freshly prepared. The timing between our appetizers, soup and salad, and sushi was perfect. I also love the atmosphere in here. They play Japanese music in the background. Very clean restaurant. We'll come back soon!

Dined in today for lunch. I'm more if a to-go person but they offer BOGO if you dine in. I got shrimp tempura and shrimp and cucumber. Both were pretty good and the prices were perfect! I just wished that a California roll was included in the BOGO, I'm not too experienced in all types of sushi.

The price is not justified for the food quality. It is way too overpriced. Bought the ramen and it was straight out of a convince store. A small rice bowl costed 3$. The service was alright but it felt very rushed and dull. While we were having good time at the end one of the waiters came up and rushed us to pay. The place itself was clean and a nice vibe. Would not come here again, everything costed way too much. If you want the same ramen that they served us you can go to a 7/11. Spare the money and time there are better places.

To me, this is one of those I would try it once and probably never want to go back again type of restaurant. Price was not cheap, on the high average range. Quality of the food was not great either. Service was not superb. I heard about this place and bookmarked to try for a little while already. And since I am heading to a direction that pass by here, so might as well do a quick lunch here with my family. Look of the food seems not bad but the quality is just on the low average. The sushi roll definitely below average because it's not even tight and half broken or loose. I believe there are better Japanese restaurants around.

My wife has been trying to get me to try this place for months. Today I finally said yes and I wish I would've said yes months ago. Have spent a lot of time in both Japan and Korea, I've become somewhat of a snob when it comes to these cuisines. I also don't tend to eat sushi this far from the ocean. However, this place is ON POINT! Customer service, 10/10. Menu options, 10/10. Flavor, 10/10. Textures, 10/10. Ambience, 8/10. Likelihood I'll become a frequent patron? 100/10!!!
