Ella's Catering

We ordered food for our teaching staff of almost 100 people. The food was so good!!! We ordered the jambalaya and the blackened chicken Cajun pasta. It was a hit!!!!! At least half the staff asked where we got the food from. The food arrived on time and it was set up nice. We will definitely be using Ella's catering again.

Ella's is first class! They care about the quality and presentation of their food. It is mouth watering delicious! The Cajun Pasta is to die for. So glad I've had the opportunity to be a part of the Ella Experience!!!

My daughter and I was referred by this catering company.. over 3800 paid .. this chicken seafood rice pilaf green beans .. every plate was half eaten complaints of dried chicken rice o roni taste rice dish .. green beans ran out .. paid for additional.. arrived late .. professional courteous never was there standard because you don't arrived dress in legging and blue jeans and white t shirt dingy at a wedding .. no hair restraint.. chaffing dishes setting up using water out of a 2 liter soda bottle.. explain to me how that will heat chafing dishes hot enough to . serve .. clearly food safety for over 200 guest is not for this catering house company cooking out there home .. is not what is use .. when arrived I ask why are you guys late .. stated we aren't supposed to be here to 7 pm ..what professional and courteous company comes 6:45 trying setting up with cold water . Pouring into chafing dishes 165 temp can never be reach from a Warming bag brought food instead of a hot box Cambro .. when it's open still hot because it came from hot oven and place in deep dish pans covered and transported in these hot coolers hot boxes .. not in large pizza warmer bags .. ran out of basic cheapest thang you can serve green beans.. which is a lie every table had plates pick over .. so clearly was not palate worthy. People left saying that was was dry out .. rice taste box rice o roni . Green beans no taste bland .. do your home work.. on these catering company from hell ..ask for any kitchen location ask for tasting there food taste paper .. because these rascals came to my daughter's house for tasting.. contract written .setup time stated 5:30-6:30 .. excuse use had to find entry way .. if you did your homework .. day before walk through building .. your excuse is late setting up was could find where to go .. instead of entering service entry.. plowing through reception party with warming bags excuse me .. they didn't know where to go .. I had to leave the sanctuary of chapel to figure out where they are because setting up was 5:30 to began .. to 6:30 anyone know so .. again excuses I had to cook all this food .. green beans rice .. chicken breast stuff if in a commercial setting .. doesn't take 3 hours ..all together.. and place in right hot box not bags ..How can you warm food up to temp to serve in 5 minutes pouring water out of soda 2 liter bottle no hair restraints, dress like at a cook out family reunion... we had a full service kitchen and stove there commercial had these trifling people did there home work on the venue .. was paid in full 2 weeks before venue .. to be given unsafe .. food potentially poison food or out break .. the owner stated not required to wear hair restraints when serving tell me where in food safety is that .. what state or country she train that at .. so that being said . Ask to walk this supposed kitchen or contract with this kitchen.. we know don't exists.. beware ..paid to cut the cake .. they had nerve to ask where is the knife .. serving means serving not cutting leaving on table .. when you clearly stated oh that's 35.00 and hour minimum 3 hours 105.00..paid extra for additional party guest .. excuses on everything at mishandling.. backwoods catering from hell don't use .. we tried to talk to be review was written.. met with denial or excuses.. never apologize.. so beware unless you want catering showing up late under dress for your special day handling food in danger zone not caring ..tasting horrible all tables could take it back in pans and serve easy 75 people's.. nobody went for seconds .. they didn't eat the first school size portion.. so when I said pick over maybe not one bite and didn't want it .. people left still hungry .. had numerous call for a week on these backwoods catering blue jeans and leggings dress white dingy unpress t shirt crew .. like it was unpaid bill .. paid in full 2 weeks before event about 4,000 grand with additional.

Ella's Catering is 100% amazing! I wish I could give it gold stars. The food is amazing and the customer service is wonderful. They work well with you on what your preferences are and they are friendly as well.
