Elizabeth's Pizza is a gem in Downtown Pittsboro. It even has its own parking lot with marked spaces on the side and some in front of the restaurant. The restaurant is divided into two sections and one seemed to have a lot of people coming in and out for take out orders so I sat in the other room as it was quieter. The sign when you walked in said seat yourself so it was nice to have the option. The restaurant is on the smaller side with about 4 booths and 5 or 6 tables. Service was attentive and came right over after I sat down and took my drink order. The menus were already at the table so that made it easy to look through and decide. I went with the shrimp scampi as that was my father's favorite and seemed like a good choice this Father's Day weekend. I also ordered a slice of cheese pizza as with a restaurant with pizza in its name I had to try the pizza. The scampi came with a side salad and garlic bread. The side salad was the only disappointment with ice burg lettuce. But the salad dressing came on the side which was nice as I forgot to order it that way.My waitress was as friendly as could be and did space my orders out as the food comes out so quickly. She even had the kitchen take the tails off the shrimp for me. I'm not sure how they can get it out so quickly but they are fast. The food is not fast food quality though but high quality and delicious.My iced tea was continuously filled it seemed. I was even given a tea to go. I'm not in Pittsboro often but I will make sure to return here again.

The fried mushrooms were really good, and the ranch that comes with it is quite fantastic. However, for the price ($10), the quantity is extremely underwhelming. There might have been 10 small-medium mushrooms, not sure $1 per mushroom is worth it.The large white pizza ($20) looks great, and is described like it would be a home run for a vegetarian. Upon eating it though, there was simply no seasoning of any kind. It eats more like a "raw" pizza, where the natural flavors of the ingredients are meant to shine. That would have been fine, but it's winter in North Carolina and the ingredients weren't exactly farmer's market fresh. A simple garlic or ranch sauce would solve everything.

Sadly we are not from the area because I'm pretty sure this would be our go to place! Our server, Karen, was helpful with suggestions and service was great!Food was delicious! Salad was fresh with homemade dressing, my baked pasta with meatballs was amazing with enough leftovers for 2 more meals! My husband had the Stromboli which he said was the best he ever had and also enough left for another meal! Oh, and garlic bread was fantastic and I only wish I had ordered more to have with leftovers! We really enjoyed visiting Pittsboro and now we can't wait to come back even more!

I have been coming to Elizabeth's for a long time, and the thing I appreciate above all else is their consistency in good pizza and calzones. Friendly staff that get everything quickly, and great place to get some comfort food.

I've never been disappointed with anything ordered from Elizabeth's. The pizza is delicious. So is the pasta. I really love the manicotti and stuffed shells. The marinara sauce has just the right balance of zing and sweetness. And I've never had poor service. All around a great place. I just wish they were on DoorDash!

Best pizza in Pittsboro, period. We live in Fearrington and have tried most of the pizza places from Chapel Hill to Pittsboro, and Elizabeth's is our favorite. The dough is fresh, the cheese plentiful, and there are lots of fresh toppings. Their system for ordering and paying is straightforward and they make it easy to pick up your pie without lots of rigmarole. We haven't dined in, so can't comment on that, yet.
